No one works there. Phones not answered. Furniture is years past its useful like. No hot water. No heat.Rooms: complete dump. do not stay at this hotel.

I was an employee there when I started working there I was told after 30 days I would be receiving a raise but after 4 months employment I was still working at the same rate. I couldn't even afford not one thi g to buy my family for Christmas and I was told that we would be receiving a Christmas bonus and never received it I know of about 3 employees that never even received there last paycheck when no longer employed there. Again I was promised a raise but never received it I guess the owner couldn't afford to raise nobodies pay because she spent $100,000 dollars on a 2 year Olds birthday took a cruise to India is adding 4 bedrooms to her house and spent $150,000on a tesla that they haven't even released to the public yet. I guess that's the reason I asked for lightbulbs for the rooms for over 2 months and never got them and couldn't fix the leaky showers. The place is running out of acs microwaves and half of the tvs in the rooms are going out. All that stuff she can't afford because all the other stuff is just way more important. Keep in mind this is not the fault of the manager Zach who is doing everything possible to keep the place running right but everything is blames on him. It's not his fault. Couldn't even keep the grass and property up because she wouldn't spend the money to do so so if you are looking for a job don't go here

There was a dirty, stiff towel hanging over the shower curtain, it wasn’t mine ?And my bed didn’t have sheets, only a comforter, which was weird. But I was too exhausted to do anything about it.Shower water got cold quickly too and didn’t drain well, so after about 8 minutes I was standing in two inches of dirty shower water.Guy at front desk was great though, as was the breakfast

NEVER STAY HERE. THE HOTEL MANAGER STEALS FROM GUEST AND THE OWNER WILL SAY THEY CANT REVEIW THE CAMERA! WORST IVE EVER STAYED AT... AMERICAS BEST IS ACROSS THE STREET AND HAVE A CHEAPER PRICE, BETTER SERVICE AND THE STAFF DOESN'T STEAL FROM THE GUESTS!!!! AND THERE BREAKFAST AT AMERICAS BEST IS WAY

Loved the new lobby furniture and atmosphere. Manager is very handsome, friendly and cares about your experience. Front desk staff is kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is near everything in town, maybe mins away from most of what Livingston has to offer. Would stay here over any other hotel in Livingston.

Where do I begin check in was a very long wait the lady didnt know how to check the couple in before me. Got checked in and light bulbs were broke in the bathroom, no biggie until shower time with no hot water and finally went to use the microwave and it didnt work so wont be back here especially for the price and no plug for the tub if you didnt want to shower

We booked a room online, and when we went to check in we didn't have a room. The hotel is under renovation and apparently some of the rooms are in-operable. They still showed as an available room. We had to cancel and was told we would get a refund. Recieved an email stating that the hotel denied the request to waive the cancellation fees and no refund. This is completely unacceptable and bad business. Not to mention there phone lines are down do cant contact the hotel directly.

ABSOLUTE worst hotel experience, EVER! Upon check-in our room had not been cleaned from the prior guest. The hotel staff gave their apologies and said they were extremely short staffed. We had somewhere to be and left with the understanding our room would be cleaned and ready upon return. We returned a little after 10 p.m. to a DIRTY room still, and no explanation as to why. Hotel staff said no rooms were available as they were fully booked. There was no urgency or care to what was happening from the staff, nor that it was going to displace our family at this time of night to drive to the next town for a room (30 minutes away, as all hotels in Livingston were booked). We asked for a refund and were told it would process in 3-5 days (have not seen that yet). We were given the manager's information who we are actively trying to contact. We were traveling with a large group and this exact problem, as well as cancelled reservations and/or missing reservations in general, happened to others. The hotel is under renovation therefore the condition of the hotel is to be expected, but this type of customer service and hospitality is unacceptable, especially traveling with children. The last thing a family wants to do is not have a room to lay down in at the end of the night, and instead forced into traveling 30 minutes away to the next nearest hotel, as well as having to pay for the second hotel while waiting for a refund here. The outside of the hotel is in just as bad of shape as the inside... apparently an interior remodel results in lack of yard work on the outside as well. I cannot tell you how upsetting this experience was, and can simply advise you to not make the same mistake. STAY ELSEWHERE! If I could give it less than a 1 star, I would.

This place is not professional at all.. things be going on here that shouldn't be... I was working at this place in housekeeping... I never had a Complaint on any of my room's while I was working there... I came in to work one morning after my day off and the housekeeping Manger at the time asked me can I go clean a couple room because who ever did that room witch I know who did the room.. it had dog hair in the sheets and it broke the man wife face out... so I told her I can go clean it.. so I did.. and that couple was very pleased with my work.. so with that being said..now that they have maid this girl Chastity housekeeping Manger... she wants to find everything wrong with my rooms..why.. because I had trained 2 new housekeepers.. and they liked the way I trained them...and the Last housekeeper I trained shocked her..because she said her room's looked good and whoever trained you did good so she said Sandra trained me... but it's funny how you still find something wrong with my room's... OK so I gets a text from the On professional manager zack.. telling me that they had to let me go because 3 of my room's Caused it them to fail expection.. but how can my room's cause you to fail Expection... when yall failed everything...but if I was such a bad housekeeper why did you hire me back...don't make sense to me... OK.. now I come back off of my 2 days off.. all I'm hearing about is how a person that works front desk...Tina...goes into to different room's of Guess is that we're staying there... and stole a Three thousand dollar camera.. and Zack rolled the camera back and sees her... but to me if you leave the property with it it's stealing... and he maid her bring it back.... but why she still working there and she stole something... but you told me because of 3 room's I clean that don't make sense to me.... so Zack tells the man that it was a Accident ...no it wasn't ... To be honest this place doesn't deserve any one's Business.... I really hope that the people called corporate on them...Safety: People property not safe like they think it is.

Location is undergoing renovations. Having stayed at this location 6 mos ago there is little to no improvement seen. Landscaping is not being attended to, the front desk has been removed with all customer care being performed from a breakfast area table. Given a second floor room, but elevator was not functional. One flight of steps is no big deal, but this was a recurrent problem according to the front desk attendant. Breakfast area is missing half of the normal supplies (ie cereal, but no milk). Simply poorly run in almost every respect. Rooms are ok and housekeeping is good. Otherwise very poorly run

Major renovation going on in Livingston, TXlocation. The best thing about the place was the clerk, Tina. Elevator went out along with stopped up toilet. Tina arranged to have our luggage taken down the two flights of stairs which I appreciated very much. Will be a reallly nice place once the renovation is complete.Noteworthy details: Elevator went out which was a great inconvenience since I am 79 and handicapped, and my husband is 86. However, Tina arranged to have our luggage taken down at checkout.

We were hesitant to book this hotel due to a couple recent bad reviews. The hotel is currently going through a remodel and will look great when finished. We had a room on the first floor. It was clean and as expected. The mattress was surprisingly very comfortable and the water pressure at the shower was great. The rooms need updating though. Breakfast was a little disappointing and could use some upgraded quality products. Staff was attentive and nice. Overall we had a good stay for one night.

I booked a room with my Wyndham reward points for check in on 9/24/34 with a check out of 9/25. There should be no money due for this night. I had a charge of $56.30 billed to my credit card show up the morning of 9/25. After the manager spent considerable time on the computer he stated that the charge would be credited and may take several days to show up on my credit card. He said there are issues with the new Wyndham corporate computer system. With no credit in sight, I waited a week and tried to reach the manager and could only leave messages with no response. I have called numerous times with no response and no credit. $56.30 is a good amount of money to a retired couple. The Wyndham points were subtracted from my rewards and I was charged $56.30 on top of that. Beware of any mistakes with the new Wyndham computer system - even if the customer is due a credit for their mistake, it is not refunded.
