Car Shopping is one of the things I absolutely dread the most. HOWEVER, my experience at Kramer surprised me by being one of the most pleasant auto purchases I have ever made. Actually, I can state without hesitation that it actually was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a new vehicle, at a dealership. My salesperson Alyssa Snell-Hearn was professional, personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with.

I have been getting unsolicited junk mail from your dealership. I do not live in Livingston. I am retired and travel a lot in my motorhome. I have a mail service located in Livingston. I have to pay this service to have my mail sent to my current location. Please stop sending junk mail to 261 Rainbow Dr., Livingston TX 77399. This is a mail service.

An employee damaged the paint on our 2024 High Country Truck. We were promised by service manager they would take care of it. He took the truck to their body shop when he returned he said even though it was a small spot they would have to take off the entire side panel, repair and paint the damaged spot. We received a cost estimate around $950.00, we signed and approved the estimate and dropped the truck off for the repairs. Then we received a call from their operations manager, he started back tracking on their promise. I think he saw the cost estimate and decided to reduce the cost by just a touch up paint job, over the spot (their cost around $250.00). When we inspected.the truck and noticed the patch job. We told them we did not accept the crappy job they did. The operation manager came and we told him the truck needed to be fixed as per their estimate. He basically called me and my husband liars and refused to fix the truck as promised. We are very disappointed with this dealership. When we retire here in Livingston. Texas. We will refuse to have anything to do with this dealership.

Mike Johnson was simply great! We managed our deal efficiently and effectively, he did not waste my time and I did not waste his. As a small business owner, time is precious and Mike went above and beyond for me. Also met the owner of the dealer (Chuck) he took the time out of his day to get to know me. Best buying experience i've ever had.

Called Alyssa and made arrangements to come up to dealership to get car for my daughter. My daughter was interested in the White 2024 Malibu. Met Alyssa when we got there and she showed us the car and got the keys so we could take for test drive. Afterwards she got the pricing and other info on the car. After we finished the paperwork and she got the car prepped for us she explained the features to my daughter and helped her set up the On Star. Overall Alyssa was very thorough and helpful. We will be dealing with Kramer and Alyssa in the future and recommending to friends.

This dealership is a joke!! They have taken advantage of my 75 year old elderly mother. She’s had her car in & out 7 times in the last few weeks. They cannot find the problem and they have not only over charged her they are giving her the run around. We’ve always kept our business local and with them but I will Never recommend anyone to go there again. This has caused her to be stressed and have health issues. When you sit in the waiting area waiting on your car you can hear the workers cursing throwing the “F” bomb constantly. Not professional and they rip you off. Fair warning - do not take your vehicle there

Misti, the customer service representative, was pleasant and well prepared for my appointment. The wait for my vehicle service to be completed was relaxing, the customer waiting room was comfortable and the facility very clean. I felt as though Kramer Autoplex set out to earn my business. I fully admit that having the attitude of being prepared to accept come-what-may from the dealership regarding my service visit helped, but the service department at Kramer Autoplex proved to be nothing short of refreshing. Misti, and her associates, made what could have been a drudgery a welcomed break from the customary aggrivations of my workday.

I walked in knowing exactly what I was looking for. Oliver showed me the truck on the lot and ran me through all the highlights of the truck. He was very knowledgeable and had a go getter attitude. He was able to answer all mine and my wife’s questions and get everything we needed as quick as possible. Candice in the finance office walked us through everything we needed to know and answered all the questions we had. It felt like the people we interacted with really cared about us and took their time to make sure we were comfortable with the process.This was our best truck buying process ever and I really can’t stress how amazing Oliver was. We will be back for future purchases for him alone.
