The owner talks me into switching from my two original units to a bigger unit with a door infront and one in back, then i dropoed a full load of metal tools, 300+ dvds + jewelry and lawn tools, nice hi dollar stuff at 12 pm and return at 730 8 pm to find almost.all of it is gone now , told.me the cameras worked.when i started and then when i make police repory theyre not working , someone broke my.lock and put their really cheap lock in its place, very dissapointed in this place and wouldnt roccomend it to anyone ever.

Owner is a real jerk! Removed my high dollar lock which he denied within 2 weeks of my autodraft payment being $5 short because of a new price increase. Didn’t call me to inquire or advise...Nothing! Even though my payment had been on time every month for the past 3yrs.! I find out by having someone drive 2hrs to meet me there to buy something I had posted online and get there and my locks are gone & some other lock is on it! It was on a Saturday. I called the 24/7 # listed several times and no answer. When he finally called me back that following Monday, he was a complete jerk about it! Over $5! Which ended up just being a autodraft bank error. Fast forward to today...someone apparently broke into my unit. When I express my disdain that if he hadn’t of cut off my high dollar lock over the petty $5, this probably wouldn’t of happened, guess who starts being a jerk again and once again denying everything?! Even was professional enough to hang up on me 3xs. First chance I get, my stuff (if there’s anything left) is out of there! And guess what, no insurance! And he’s not liable. No recourse. Just SOL. Will NEVER recommend giving this real work of art; your hard earned money! Should of moved my stuff after he acted like he did the first time. I found out then by several people, that he is like that to everyone. Just a real pain in the butt to have to pick up a whole unit and move to another location.
