“I just want to give a shoutout to Mike at Lowe’s. He reminded me of how Lowe’s used to feel—back when employees actually knew what they were talking about and genuinely cared. These days it feels like a lot of big box stores are filled with people who don’t know much beyond where something’s shelved, but Mike was the exact opposite.
He took the time to really help me, explained things clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell he knows his stuff and actually wants to help. It’s rare to find someone like that in retail anymore. If Lowe’s had more employees like Mike, it’d be a whole different store. Appreciate you, man”
