I have been going to Hair Biz and Marcia has been doing my hair for over 40 years. The place is always very clean !! Everyone is always very sweet and caring about other people having their hair styled! I would highly recommend Hair Biz !

Unfortunately I decided to take a chance and try Hair Biz which is much closer to me, instead of driving 45min to my regular stylist. I have always had really good hair, and get compliments on it all the time. Let me tell you, I wish I had made the drive! ? I booked an appt with Victoria, and needless to say she butchered my layers with very hard lines, and then a huge gap between that and the bottom of my hair. She kept saying she could even them out, and blend them better, but I was scared for her to put the scissors to my hair anymore and just sat there not knowing what to say. The picture I showed her was nothing like what I ended up with, and I use the same pic every time I go to the salon as a reminder for my regular stylist…who does a fabulous job! I asked Victoria that she get the owner, who came over and tried to fix it herself the best she could. I am grateful she was able to blend it a little better, but I guess it’s hard to completely fix something that was done poorly. Now, I’m leaving out of town for a wedding tomorrow and feeling insecure about it! I guess the moral of the story is, if you are happy with your stylist, and can drive no matter how far…make the drive!!! Also, You get what you pay for, because I usually spend a lot more on my hair then what I did here. I was hoping to find somewhere closer, but I will be making the drive for now on! ☹️ So upset! I did give 2 ⭐️ only because the owner tried to help fix it, and she was super nice!!Service: Haircut

Mrs. Jana always gets me in and out quickly even though my haircut involves extra steps. The value in terms of cost, time saved, and lookin so fresh is not easily described. I'm a very happy camper!

Today Victoria rocked a color correction that I didn't think was possible. Had a friend do a box over box blonde and ended up orange and yellow and splotchy. Yes I should have known better lol. But anyways she did an amazing job fixing it and I love the results! I don't know why it won't let me upload the photos in a different order.
