Please do not take nothing to this dealership. My truck was there for a week and the clown service manger call and said he can not get it to make the repairs and pick it up . He said I can drive the truck with the issues having and guess what in broke down on side of the road in west texas . Place is a JOKE

The most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. From initial conversations with Desire, quick decisions by the sales manager Mike and all the support staff with Sunny and John, they made a purchase very simple and easy. Super friendly people. They even picked me up from the airport to make it all happen. Definitely hope to buy from them again.

I recently bought a truck from Mike and his team and it is the best dealer experience I have ever had. I am in the DFW area and shopped around locally and they all acted like stereotypical salesmen. They would not budge on prices and did the typical sales tactics you tend to expect from a dealership. I found a truck at Mike's dealership and reached out even though they were not local to me. Mike worked with me and came to a great deal. He helped me get a better loan rate, worked out some issues with the truck including a recall issue and really went above and beyond. He even delivered the truck to me saving me an 8 hour round trip. I worked with Hali as well and she was great and took care of all the paperwork for me. Stacy provided detailed pictures which was very helpful. Mike even followed up after the truck was delivered to make sure I was happy with everything. The way Mike and his team worked with me is the way you want a dealership to act. I could tell that they valued my business. I definitely recommend you check them out even if you are in the DFW area like me.

Very great buying experience from the ordering until delivery. I’m 3 hours away and they delivered the vehicles to my door. It’s hard to find great service like this anymore. They were very knowledgeable and kept me uptodate throughout the order/custom beds and delivery process. Thanks and I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I have a Ford dealership much closer but they said it could be months before they could get my truck fixed. Gabriel/Jordan Ford said that they could take care of it in a couple of days so I went with them. When I came to pick up my truck my wife reminded me that we had a recall on our 2017 Escape and asked if I thought we could have it done while we were there. I told her that we would need to make an appointment to have it done. We'll, I asked Reid the manager of the service dept if it was possible, he said just a second and within a few seconds he said " we can get that done in 15 to 20 minuites." They did just that and we were on our way home with both vehicles and smiles on our faces. This is a great dealership.

Friendly people and good service. The work was done in a timely manner and the person who serviced my vehicle answered my questions. I also purchased my truck from Gabriel/Jordan Ford in 2020 and they gave me a great deal with no pressure or pushback. I highly recommend Gabriel/Jordan Ford in Livingston, Texas.

State Farm sent up a request,as Gabriel Jordan Ford is a SELECT SERVICE SHOP for them, to do an estimate of my fathers truck. It was stolen and has some front end and body damage along with a few other things. Dimas, in the body shop, set up the appointment. When my father gets there he is informed by Dimas that they will not be doing the estimate because my father would not leave his vehicle there and guarantee them the work. I personally called Dimas and he hung up on me. Very professional!! I would use them now if they paid me. Someone needs to check that guy. So rude. Also I called and left a message for the owner. 24 hours later, still no return phone call.

Not sure where to begin. Made an appointment on a Thursday for the following day which was for a 90k service, rear brakes and cam phasers on my 2019 F150. I thought it would be more than a day but ok. Drove in Friday morning to drop off the truck and was then told it would be three days. I was a bit upset to be told this when I arrived rather than before but understand it is more than a days work so the service writer rescheduled it for Monday.I showed up Monday (all computers were down and the service writers were not nice at all). My Ford extended warranty includes a rental but the advisor said that had nothing to offer and said there is a car rental place next door and pointed out the front. With this being my only vehicle I was not overly happy but went to see about a rental of which there are none. So back to the dealer and was given a ride back by to our place by a driver who was super nice (the only nice part of this entire experience). I called Wednesday (day three since I was told three days) and was told at that time they "may" be able to take a look at my truck on Friday (day 5). Then if it does need the repairs it would be another 7-14 days for the repair for a warranty item and I am out a truck. So in three days the only thing done was an oil change....The 90k service? NopeThe rear brakes? NopeEven look at the warranty? NopeI said I would like come pick up the truck as I needed it and could not go another week, well probably longer, only to be told they could not come get me as there was no one to come pick me up. I paid someone to come get me and drive me to the dealer to then have troubles getting the truck. Nobody could get the invoice to work to say what or was not done but was told the total was $75. Could not even say for what..... was told they would get it printed an email but never did. Had to call back and get someone else the next day to do it.Well they had my truck for three days, and charged me $75 for an oil change, not one item I brought the truck in for was done.There is nothing about this shop I would recommend to anyone

The workers did a great job with the maintenance work.The big problem was the air conditioner. They found the problem, but did not have the part. It was on backorder and did not know how long it would take to come in.We took it somewhere else who had the part and fixed it the same day.

This was the first F-150 I have ordered in 25 years! The experience was simple, Bill Rhodes was accessible, professional, and has answered all my questions. It took approximately 8 weeks from the day I ordered the truck to the day I received it. Very pleased with the process.

I made appointment for oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived (early) there was no waiting. Service was completed rapidly and I was on my way. Extremely pleased with the service.
