We have purchased 2 Trucks from Gabriel Jordan Ford but never again after having a horrible experience with both service and sales! Service department couldn't give us a straight answer called Gallo in Conroe and had a quote in 5 minutes!! Buyers beware they are way over priced we found a new lariat edition for cheaper than their xlt in Conroe as well!

I have bought 3 vehicles from here. The fourth try at buying a new vehicle has been a nightmare. Our vehicle was at thier service department. We were looking to trade ours in. Service department was super slow at getting any information. While we were waiting to hear a total price for repairs, +- 2 hrs, my wife called another service department from Gullo ford and had a price for repairs within 5 min. This was a turn key quote. After being there at Gabriel Jordan Ford from 11 am to 4 pm and still not a word on a price for repairs and a rough two to three weeks to complete. We made the decision to have the vehicle towed to Conroe. Much better service, sales. We can no longer give GJF our business.

This is the absolute worst excuse of a service department. They’ve had my car 3 weeks after they misdiagnosed it and blew my engine and brand new catalytic converter. I dropped it off and was told 3 days 3 weeks later I went and picked it up and now even more dash lights. I’ve heard nothing but terrible things. Save yourself the headache and drive to get a real dealership who has pride work on your vehicle

I recently had an exceptional experience purchasing a car from Gabriel/Jordan Ford. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted warmly by the sales team who were knowledgeable and eager to assist without being pushy. The entire process was smooth and transparent, with all my questions answered promptly and honestly.
The car I ended up purchasing was exactly as described in the listing. The salesperson took the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle and made sure I felt comfortable before driving off the lot.
Just as important as my sale experience was the finance side of the sale, and you will not find a more laid-back transparent guy than Sydney. The finance portion was fast and to the point. No back and forth and NO NUMBERS GAME.
Overall, my experience with Gabriel/Jordan Ford was excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Their professionalism, transparency, and exceptional customer service truly made the car buying process a breeze.
This was my second purchase from them. The first one was about 3yrs ago, and both experiences were exceptional. Both times was with different salesman and finance but got the same exceptional treatment both times.

Very pleased with the overall experience with the body shop! Car looked great, repairs were made in a timely manner, great communication with staff, Demus and his staff are amazing to work with! I would definitely recommend the body shop at Gabriel Jordan Ford!
