Waited in the drive thru for 20 min on 2 sandwiches and 2 teas. No one in front of me or behind me. Inside was empty. Sandwiches were nasty. Tasted like cheap, gritty meat and the bread was hard. Employee didn't seem to like her job. No hello or smile at all.

Very friendly, a hometown convenience store although frequently visited by travelers, clean restrooms, fairly priced atm and large parking on side for big trucks and travelers that need to rest walk pet etc.

Anything I have ever ordered there was wrong, I ordered a beef tip sandwich and got pastrami, came back another time and they gave me someone else's order, the third time they were out of bread and the meat that I requested. I won't be back.

Very slow service and it was not even busy, whwn we did finally get our original sandwiches they were not even what an original should have on them. Very unorganized. This is the worst Schlotzsky's I have ever been too.

Absolutely awful! Please Schlotzsky's take your franchise back from this store! I went a month ago and ordered a salad. They told me they were out of lettuce. They were out of lettuce several days. Absurd! Tried them today. No food, I ordered the Kale and chicken salad. Sat in front of speaker box for 10 min until finally after saying hello twice my order was taken. Ordered salad. Waited behind one car that only ordered a sandwich for 15 min. Got to window... charge was different than what I saw on board price. Drive thru was indifferent. Asked for manager. She walked outside and took photo. Price is up at very top- small and under all salads is a price and to the side says make it a wrap. Asked if they could make it a wrap then. Manager said my salad would be another 5+ minutes and wrap would be even longer. Asked for ownership number and was given top or receipt that is a non-working number. Total time spent and driving away without food 40 min. I'm at Sonic. Don't come here! Awful service, food unknown after 40 minutes I could be at a restaurant.
