If I could leave 0 stars I would I bought from here and payed for the extended warranty well the foams on my mattress have started to separate and it’s only been 2 yrs I called to ask about my warranty and was told it can’t have rips stains or tears so my foam separation is considered a tear. What is the point of a warranty if I can’t even use it when the bed breaks? Also bought the bed frame from here and it was missing the middle piece that hold the mattress up but since I didn’t check for all the parts while I was in the store I got no help.

We bought a queen bed set. There was a miscommunication between the sales person and myself. I thought a frame came with the bed and it didn’t. When the bed was delivered with no frame I was upset. The store called me and they gave us one at no added charge. That means a lot to me that they took responsibility for the mistake. I will absolutely continue to do business with them. Thank you
