The mechanic answering the phone was producing estrogen from jump, had a bad attitude and couldn't give simple answers. When pressed for an answer every shop generally provides, hung up the phone. Wouldn't do it in person, just on the phone. Couldn't give an availability time frame, kept repeating 85 an hr. If you're not professional in the simplest sense, can't take you seriously. Temper tantrums like that might show on a bill.
