They will just decide that they're not going to fill your prescription and not give a reason.

If you leave a message and use a single curse word they will call you back and refuse to talk to you about the prescription itself, choosing instead to repeat themselves about how rude you are and how you should know when the pharmacy opens despite the information online. Very fragile people over there.
Update: They will also put a filled prescription on hold when they call you back if you don't put up with them just repeating how inappropriate you are. When you escalate it to management they will derail the entire conversation to be about language (especially around women, gasp!) instead of ever addressing someone effectively unfilling a prescription.

It is a store that offers almost a bit of everything. The drugstore is one of the best I have seen. Walgreens is a horribly small drugstore, which means that they can not stock everything as a whole for what is needed by the public. All the employees have a great attitude , as well as well as both Pharmacist ?! All employees keep this store moving for the public and are always eager to assist!

Similar to other observations — this CVS Pharmacy apparently loses prescriptions at a concerning rate. I’m about to ask my doctor to request a prescription for a 3rd time. CVS claims to have never received, even though I received a text from the pharmacy confirming receipt and insurance verification. Clicking the embedded link produced an error message that the prescription no longer exists. Also this prescription is NOT covered by insurance and there is no way to advise CVS to avoid the lengthy delay by not trying to force it through insurance coverage. And finally, to escalate to corporate for complaints, one needs to supply the store number involved and I can’t find it online. I’m not going to let that stop me though.

If I could leve a ZERO Stars I would. My complaint is the Pharmacy. My physician FAXED is 3 times a prescription to this pharmacy. This pharmacy claimed they never got it. Once it was 1 minute after they went to lunch, 2nd I was standing at the counter when it came through, they claimed it was blurry.....SO INSTEAD OF CALLING MY PHYSICIAN BACK, THEY THROW IT AWAY.
I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH INCOMPETENCE IN MY LIFE.
Do yourself a favor and do not do any business with this CVS

Company policy when they don't apply your insurmace is that you have 14 days to get your money back. But I didn't notice till I sat down to go through receipts for quarterly taxes. Now I have to go out of my way to get my money back for their mistake? Make this make sense. Yall are greedy. And now knowing I can't trust your staff to do their jobs how can I trust my prescriptions. Do you do those right? Is it also my job to check my drugs are correct. Your front desk lady said it was my fault I didn't check. I didn't even pick it up my husband did. How come this one drug this one time didn't have ins applied? When ever other one has and it's my fault?

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the world. If I could give them a zero, I would. As a RN case manager for my patient's, the staff here are probably the rudest people I have ever encountered. I highly recommend getting your prescription's else where unless you enjoy being made to feel like your are completely ruining their day by calling in medications for your patient's or yourself. These individuals need schooling on appropriate phone etiquette and customer service

As I was using the self checkout I was encouraged to change to assisted check out. I thought it odd but agreed. Then I was asked if I wanted to save $10 and I said sure. I did not realize that I was being signed up for a program that is not free and that she was agreeing to a reoccurring church onto my debit account without my authorization. This is very scammy. Be careful to agreeing to things.

Just stopped in to pick up my prescription. The pharmacy person stood behind the counter and told my husband "we're at lunch". We have to come back in thirty minutes. We will be moving the rest of our prescriptions.

Classic CVS customer service. They are out of network for BCBS so we asked for my husband's prescription to be transferred to walgreens. They said they did but they didn't do it and then both pharmacies closed. So now my husband is headed home with no meds for bronchitis and the flu while we have a sick toddler and a new baby. No relief for the hubby tonight thanks to CVS.
