This time we went to CVS to make a photo copy, because it was listed on Google to have a Xerox machine. Unfortunately it was not so - they had No copy machine.

They have helped with emergency prescriptions when needed. Downside they are not as customer friendly as they should be.

I have been on Suboxone for about 6 months and it has drastically changed my life. I'm not longer the horrible drug addict I use to be. I've been filling my script at the Livingston TX CVS for about 6 months and I've only had an issue one other month and it was with the same Pharmacist I'm having an issue with now. I was told by the tech that answered the phone his name is "Mr. Jeffs." Not sure if that's accurate but it wouldn't surprise me if they gave out a fake name. A few months ago it took me a few days to get it filled because "Mr. Jeffs" kept giving me a hard time not wanting to fill it. Finally after my Dr. called to speak with him he filled it. The next 2 months were differenct Pharmacists, that were absolutely wonderful. Nice, attentive, no hassles at all. This month I have "Mr. Jeffs" again. After placing me on hold he comes back and straight up said he is no longer going to fill my Perscriptions through this Dr. anymore, AND if I find a different local Dr. to perscribe me the medicine, he is no longer going to accept my GoodRX coupon. He wasn't me to pay the whole price. I don't even know if that's legal, than before i had time to even respond HE HUNG UP ON ME. I wasn't yelling or being rude, i literally hadn't said anything. i was about to ask what I'm supposed to do but he hung up me before i could. I don't understand why this man is SO horrible. This drug has SAVED my life and he acts like I'm some local drug dealer or addict that he's saving the world from. I am going to make as many posts and complaints as i can so hopefully at least someone is saved from dealing with him.

My wife had her prescriptions sent here, from her new doctor. They wanted to charge her full price and didn't even ask about insurance. The lady copped an attitude and said" if we couldn't pay the full price,we could go to WALMART". So we did. WALMART was MOST HELPFUL. Life is too short to deal with condescending people. I am sure WALMART appreciates our business. THE ONE STAR IS A JOKE BECAUSE IT IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN POST A REVIEW, unhappy customer.

Don't use the photo desk here. Bad staff.. They will tell you to call the 1800 number if there is an issue with pricing in the store

I want to thank the pharmacy staff. Their system was down most of the day on April 20 and not knowing we stopped there to pick up prescriptions sent from Methodist in Houston as my husband had a cardiac surgery on the 19th and he was discharged on the 20th. The pharmacy worked so hard to catch up and managed to get our meds ready just before closing. We were so grateful.

If zero stars were an option for this pharmacy, I would give it. Terrible service, terrible pharmacy employees, awful monthly experiences every single month. As a parent I should not have to get a printed prior authorization and coupon every month for my child's medication. SHAME ON YOU CVS. I called corporate and was told there was nothing they could do. Corporate was equally impressive. Don't rely on them to do anything correctly for your children. I didn't know I needed an education in medical billing to handle insurance copays, since the pharm techs won't even look up the info already in the computer.

Terrible common sense here. Went on vacation for New Years and had my prescription transferred here so I could pick up and enjoy my Lake Livingston only trip of 2020 bc I work in the medical field. I was out of my medication it was a 30 day supply. I was on day 29 and took my last pill that morning, which my cvs by my house fills 30 day scripts on the 28th day. Not only did the pharmacist lie to me and tell me that she was the pharmacist which I know she was just the tech, but when I went to pick up wife's medication which they did fill, the Hispanic lady behind the counter started a shouting match with me. It was very unprofessional, mind you this is December 31st, they told me I would have to come back on the holiday January 1st to pick up prescription. Reluctantly, I said ok and drove off hastily. When I showed up the next day, the "systems were down" go figure. Because it was a controlled substance, I had to call my doctors office and get them to send a new RX to my normal pharmacy and picked up on the 6th after being out of the medication for a whole week. Like I said at the beginning, a little common sense is needed here. It was like the pharmacist did not want to fill script no matter what it took to keep me from my physician ordered medication. Horribly experience, should have just waited and picked up from my regular pharmacist (left on 28th day) and delayed my trip bc that would have allowed me to enjoy my vacation a little more. Live and learn

The store itself is great and helpful. It's the pharmacy that's a pain to deal with. They had my script for 2 days, the first girl said it could be filled. Then someone else called back and said no, I had to wait and pick it up at a certain day and time. I came on that day and time and it wasn't even processed. She was rude to begin with, but it wasn't the pharmacist. I hope they get things together, it wasn't always like this. They used to put people's needs first.

When does it take a pharmacy 3 hours to get the scripts to a person and have you wait 45 minutes longer... is this a joke?

I like CVS in general the stores are arranged nicely, but the pharmacy is great compared to Walgreens. Walgreens makes up the rules as we go along, especially the Walgreens on Long-point rd. and Westview in Houston.
