I’m updating my review as of 6 17 2024
I really like the staff here and everyone was very helpful. However, there is this thing with camper trailers or work trailers or any kind of trailer… NO road hazard warranty.
That is not industry standard. It is specific to Tire Pros road haz company and that is who Cooks works with for road hazard.
I spoke with discount tires and they do have a road hazard warranty for any tire they sell and it’s OK if it’s on a camper trailer or any trailer.
Also, Discount tire will even sell you a warranty if you bought your tires someplace else “as long as they sell that same tire.”
Unfortunately, for me discount tires does not sell the tire that Cooks and I agreed to put on my single axle camper.
So I am SOL. Cooks and tire pros road hazard company Refused to insure the tires.
I’m pretty disappointed, but I still like Cooks tires.
I just wish that they didn’t keep saying over and over again that it is industry standard that “nobody insure tires on Trailers”
… that statement is erroneous.

These people are awesome. I had a flat on my Yukon and we were just passing through and Mike sent someone out within 15 minutes. He was very polite and respectful. Did a great job in the hot sun. He changed my tire in no time. Highly recommend ???

This is one of those places you wish you found sooner! The staff is friendly and professional. Didn't feel like a number like you normally do at a chain locations. Extremely happy to commit all future business their way!! We will be seeing you again soon!!

I would give more stars if I could. After a couple places told me they weren’t able to work on my car because it’s a newer Mercedes, I contacted them and they were Able to squeeze me in the next day to replace my brake pads. The customer service was exceptional, and as a younger woman I really appreciate the fact that they didn’t TRY to take advantage of me. Even though I know better, there are always places that still try to upsell me or sell me something I don’t really need. Thanks for being professional and doing a great job with extremely reasonable pricing. I will definitely be returning.

Not sure how to get started but very bad experience went there to get a tire rotation and alignment and went to pick up my truck and it was 100 dollars for rotation and they said that it was for lifetime but I didn't ask for that and then I looked and my tires didn't get rotate because the front tires were cup out and they were in the same spot and the manager said he watched them rotate them that not true, I was a mechanic for 10 years so I am not dumb and then 2500 miles later the front end started popping and took it to a chevy dealership and they said lower control arm bolt was loose and two of my locking lugs were broke
