Got my first boat and had a couple dumb questions so i called ch marine and they were super helpful. Very patient and willing to take time out their day just to answer a couple of questions. I spoke with Ron over the phone and he answered every question and also shared some new knowledge with me. Will definitely be back

Popped in here to see what kind of jetskis they had after visiting another local shop without luck. Talked to Mr. Carl and they just happened to have something very similar to what we were looking for. He worked up a deal with me on the ski and a new double ski trailer. We were out of there an hour later. Then we dealt with Mrs. Kathy. She is very sweet and considerate. She worked up all the paperwork for us while we went out and got ice cream. Once we returned, we were greeted, sign a few papers and were out the door.The same evening we received a call from Mr. Carl asking how we were doing, how the ski performed and treated us, etc. Very friendly courtesy call. Monday following the first weekend we had it we received another courtesy call, just checking up and seeing how we were doing and if we were still pleased with the unit we purchased. Then about 1.5 weeks our tags/plates were in, so Mrs. Kathy called us to notify us that they could mail them to us. VERY, VERY friendly folks! Glad we used CH marine and we now use them for BOTH of our jetskis maintenance. 100% satisfied with the ski, the trailer and the service that we received from them. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Found the boat we wanted. Went and took out a loan for the boat. Called the guy, stated I'd be there Thursday with the money. Work got hectic couldn't make it Thursday. Called back Friday, to let him know I was headed his way. He said he promised someone else he would hold the boat for them. Now I'm stuck with a exact amount looking for another boat. Will never deal with that company again.

Very happy with C H Marine. We bought a boat that was not on their web site yet. They had just received it. There were issues with the owner as far as dragging his feet to produce the title. Carl stayed on it, kept me informed, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. The mechanics went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, and walked us through what was fixed and how to care for all aspects of the boat. There are a lot of boat dealers around here that just want a quick sale. . It's nice to have one that actually cares about their customers. Customer for life.

Bought to Sea Doo Trixx back in 2020. Extremely helpful, informative, and friendly people.Carl went above and beyond, was honest, and considerate of the fact that I live more than 2 hours away.I'm about to bring them in for service. Hopefully we get the same accommodating attention.

Bought our Pontoon approximately2 years ago, better deal here than surrounding Boat dealerships. Noticed a issue with a seal leaking into oil, took it In the Saturday before Easter weekend and was told we wouldn't get it back until after Easter, backed up two weeks. We were bummed out to say the least. However they got the part in and we got the call today (Saturday) day before Easter telling us it's ready!! Wooohooo they made it happen for us. Now we can go out on the lake and enjoy the rest of the weekend!! Can't begin to tell you how good C and H marine has treated us. Customer service is outstanding. Lifetime customers here!!

Great service by Carl and his staff. Ordered a boat trailer, and they had it set up and ready to go the next day, all paperwork was filled out before I even got there. Fast response to email inquiries, great communication, and nice trailer, too. Worth the drive from Houston!
