Bought a 65 in TV from here yesterday paid extra for a “warranty” so if we got it home and something wasn’t working anymore we could return it…. Right? WRONG! One of the employees helped us load it we took it home. Nothing hit it we didn’t drop it took it straight in plugged it screen is cracked sound isn’t working. Sucks! But at least we got the warranty went back today to inform them of what had happened and the owner told them no to excepting a return!!
Awful owner scamming people never shop here!
Staff were nice and professional but has their hands tied by an awful human!!

"nobody wants to buy Milwaukee tools without a battery and charger" people literally buy Milwaukee tools all the time without a battery and charger. This place is a waste of time.

No regard for the customer me and my wife where paying on an item and we got behind by a day or so and no one called us and when we called to take care of payment they said they put back out for sale very disappointed

I would like to say thank you to Virginia and Juliana for going above and beyond in customer service. I took my 79 year old neighbor to your shop to get her a purse and y’all assisted by taking the purses out to the vehicle while she sat there with her oxygen tank and allowed her to pick one out. You are more than appreciated by her as well as me.I am a disabled military veteran and I always enjoy stopping by to get great deals on Knives. Thank you again and may GOD bless both of you. I always look forward to stopping by and seeing what you have. Paula said thank you for everything as well and she loves her purse.

The people there will profile you just for shopping and accuse you of theft with no evidence. They are unpleasant racist I'll never go to another cash America pawn shop .

Ok pawn shop....I prefer to shop at Richards Pawn down the street, where excellent customer service is the norm, also they offer a free 7 day warranty on purchases made in store.

This place needs a lesson on customer service. My husband just walked in and went immediately to the area he needed help with. Multiple employees made eye contact while there was only one other customer inside, but they just stared at him and never greeted or attempted to help him. Waited at least five minutes and walked out without anyone ever saying a word to him since they obviously didn't want his business. Even a hello would've been better than that. Seriously. You just lost a sale that would've covered the day's labor costs.
