I went by yesterday evening and I thought they closed early or something. At 6 minutes until noon today, they were closed. I ended up going down the street to a different provider.

Whomever the guy was that was working on December 1st 2023 at 2:15pm was by far the rudest person I've ever dealt with in that store. He definitely needs a job flipping burgers so he don't have to interact with customers. I've been a boost customer ever since they opened and I've never had to experience anyone that rude. He most definitely needs to be fired because if he keeps that up he's gonna run all the costumers off. I will travel to another store before they get my business ever again. I will NOT be cussed at. Do better!!

Need more happier people an not judgemental, I purchased a phone when it came available, took it back after about an couple months an I had my receipt $60. Is what I paid for it, I went from a stylist 6 to a cheap phone. And the man said I didn't purchase it there! I am about the most sweetest honest person

Young man Viveak at this store is amazing and helped fix my problem. Definitely recommending people to stop by and check this store out. Got a new Moto G Stylus 5G for a very good price and he even helped me setup the phone and transfer all the data for me. Hats Off one of the best in the town.

My husband an I went into boost Nov 16, to get one of our phones a upgrade on our account, which we have three lines, the gentleman, checks on a phone for us , celero 5g, perceives to tell us he has a new one on hand , had him program it an off we went , got home an the phone was not working hardly at all had someone else's information on it, and all their other stuff on their, immediately went back to store told him my problem , his effort to fix it was not a success so we decided to leave it with him an see if he can figure it out. Long story short I went in next day an it was a used phone said he would leave right then and go to porter an get one, its the day after thanksgi an have not heard from no one, we have been with boost a long time an I'm a nurse an need a phone, very disappointed ?, i even left money to hold. Really considering changing phone companys, Thank you , Tim an Kelly Baty

They don't want to honor SmartPay here. They are so slow in this little town that they are clueless of SmartPay. If I could give them a negative 10 I would, worst customer service ever!! No attempt to even learn something new!!
