Do yourself and your loved nes a favour; reduce stress, support local businesses and simplify your life.I am so ver grateful for the PSB team. I have been with larger banks for years and have lost a lot of important hours, as of recent an entire day, trying to get them to just answer my calls or provide support in setting up an estate account.Because some of my banking needs are a bit more complicated I thought, “thought,” I should go to a larger bank. Huge mistake. I have been loyal to a handful of large banking conglomerates Who have, relative to their resources, 100% failed me and I am sure that they have been failing you as well if you are using them… Them being Bank Of America most specifically.In the past I have needed to make International transactions. I’ve decided that I do not even need to keep a minimum balance or keep my bank America accounts open anymore…. If I need a wire I’ll drive to a location of a bank that can do an international wire if this bank cannot.We vote every day with where we place our money and how we spend it. It is the most important daily habit vote that we make. We choose what types of businesses are around us and when a business is too big to actually function and answer the phone it’s time to move the moneyThe people here are extremely capable kind end were open and answering the phone January 3 Monday morning!Thank you so much you guys for being amazing and wonderful and bringing back my faith in American banking.”

They also let me know that they would have a refresher for their customer service group. I feel like they went above and beyond in addressing the issue and making me feel like my feelings matter and that I am appreciated as a customer. Thank you FNB!”
