Can't change my rear light. Cause they don't have a t twenty five. They're supposed to change your bulbs and batteries. But someone took lost t twenty five, but they can't put one off the shelf they got forty of them. Tell me if they don't have the tool. They can't do it, but they got forty of them. Screwdriver kind socket kind And t wrench kind And allen wrench style kind. Guess I'll go out and get a ticket. Some help I got here.

Very bad place to look for parts. Always give me the wrong parts and the service is really bad. And the lines are always backed up. Phones are never answered. The people are rude when you say something.

Been going to auto zone for decades and have sent dozens of other people there as well over the years. I now tell everyone to go anywhere but auto zone. They have lost so many of my lifetime parts and want me to re buy them. And customer service keeps going down.

Good cervical but they don't know the autozon policies, they don't want to change the parts or return the money and they make excuses saying that they have been working for more than 50 years, what kind of person do they have with no experience, it was just my bad experience

We had a headlight out. Stopped at autozone and Mr. Charles came out to check that the bulb was correct and then put it in the new one for ua! What amazing customer service!
