“I have a 20+ year old F-150 that had been sitting up since pre-Covid. It was running rough and had AC and brake issues. I read the reviews for several auto repair shops in my area and ultimately decided on Car Tunes. I'm so glad I did, even though they had to keep my truck for several days due to their backlog of repair jobs. The staff was friendly and courteous. Their prices are competitive and the work is excellent. My truck has never run better in the 15+ years I've owned it. “I had them do work on my car they were very courteous and professional, they showed me my air filter letting me know it would need to be changed soon, they check my oil for me (because of a slow leak) and said just bring it by and we'll top it off for you if need be. “These guys went above and beyond.Came in for a trailer and truck inspection. Truck failed due to a non-working third brake light on the cap. They took the time to troubleshoot the wiring and get it working for us. (Something the local GMC dealer said they didn’t have time to do.) Took our 2007 Ford Freestyle to Richards for an A/C recharge after being unable to DIY it myself.They not only recharged the A/C but repaired the problem that was preventing me from doing it without charging me for the repair.Be forewarned. Richards is very popular for obvious reasons and you will have to make an appointment which could be some time out. We had to wait 3 weeks, mainly because they were down a mechanic.”

“First of all, don't judge my review by my photo.My grandson created it and assured me that folkswould take notice of my postings.Well, it could be good or bad; the jury is still out on that one.However, I can honestly say the good folks at Joel West RV parts & Supply Store are top notchin both their repair services and customer relations. The young man that owns the businesslearned from his dad (who was the original owner) and he was a real nice guy.We were talking about my 1991 HI-LO that I brought in. I needed a sway bar put on , so he showed me the modelsavailable and advised me of the one he'd get if he had a HI-LO. He didn't try to sell me one madefor towing GODZILLA ,he was honest and he and the shop fellas did a fine job with the install.The ladies in the sales office made me feel at home while I waited the sway bar installation.They were cheerful and friendly.There was a small parts supply room to browse through, butit was well stocked with all sorts of r/v needs and cool little "thingamabobs" for your r/v.And lastly, but most importantly their prices for sales AND services are VERY REASONABLE.”

A good stop for us to fill our RV onboard propane tank.Always great friendly service, last time we had to fiddle with a couple things for tank access. No problem for them, no attitudes, how nice it is to deal with a good knowledgeable company.Propane, definitely. But if we needed tire(s), they'd be my first stop if we're in the area.”

“I recently bought a truck from Mike and his team and it is the best dealer experience I have ever had. I am in the DFW area and shopped around locally and they all acted like stereotypical salesmen. They would not budge on prices and did the typical sales tactics you tend to expect from a dealership. I found a truck at Mike's dealership and reached out even though they were not local to me. Mike worked with me and came to a great deal. He helped me get a better loan rate, worked out some issues with the truck including a recall issue and really went above and beyond. He even delivered the truck to me saving me an 8 hour round trip. I worked with Hali as well and she was great and took care of all the paperwork for me. Stacy provided detailed pictures which was very helpful. Mike even followed up after the truck was delivered to make sure I was happy with everything. The way Mike and his team worked with me is the way you want a dealership to act. I could tell that they valued my business.
