Dustin (the owner) is hands down the best road side mechanic I have ever worked with. He even went the extra mile of arranging parts delivery and a tow truck for us when we broke down.

The young man that owns the businesslearned from his dad (who was the original owner) and he was a real nice guy.We were talking about my 1991 HI-LO that I brought in. I needed a sway bar put on , so he showed me the modelsavailable and advised me of the one he'd get if he had a HI-LO. He didn't try to sell me one madefor towing GODZILLA ,he was honest and he and the shop fellas did a fine job with the install.The ladies in the sales office made me feel at home while I waited the sway bar installation.They were cheerful and friendly.There was a small parts supply room to browse through, butit was well stocked with all sorts of r/v needs and cool little "thingamabobs" for your r/v.And lastly, but most importantly their prices for sales AND services are VERY REASONABLE.”

“I called last week to see if they could fix this ongoing issue with my car. He open and honestly let me know that they were really busy at that time and could see about getting it checked out Monday, which was just a few days later. Absolutely, no biggie for myself as I appreciate the honesty instead of saying yes and then my car just sit. I call Monday and he says to bring my car in. I got an update that same Monday afternoon and that my car would be ready the following morning. Tuesday morning I get another call saying my car is finished. I was shocked at how fast my car was finished. They did good! My car drove like a dream just like he told me on the phone! In all, I wholeheartedly appreciated the honesty and how respectful the guys were to me. I will be recommending to others for sure! Thank ya’ll again!”

“I recently bought a truck from Mike and his team and it is the best dealer experience I have ever had. I am in the DFW area and shopped around locally and they all acted like stereotypical salesmen. They would not budge on prices and did the typical sales tactics you tend to expect from a dealership. I found a truck at Mike's dealership and reached out even though they were not local to me. Mike worked with me and came to a great deal. He helped me get a better loan rate, worked out some issues with the truck including a recall issue and really went above and beyond. He even delivered the truck to me saving me an 8 hour round trip. I worked with Hali as well and she was great and took care of all the paperwork for me. Stacy provided detailed pictures which was very helpful. Mike even followed up after the truck was delivered to make sure I was happy with everything. The way Mike and his team worked with me is the way you want a dealership to act. I could tell that they valued my business. I definitely recommend you check them out even if you are in the DFW area like me.”

Well management and the gentleman I was whining about made contact with me immediately and heard my complaints and in less then48 hours ( there was allot of work to do beyond my explanation) they had me back in my jeep and everything I complained about was taken care of . “7-26-24 Wife calls me about 7pm on her way back from sisters house in Lufkin. The car started smoking an temperature was running hot she was able to pull over into the parking lot of Robert's Onsite Tire Service. The radiator decided to take a crap leaving my wife and 10 month old baby girl stuck a hour an twenty minutes away from home. Already closed and not expecting help the owner of the shop graciously let my family inside while I made my way up to get them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you and your wife are a blessing.”
