“So we had a timing chain install disaster. Had to replace an internal water pump on an Infiniti. Pulled motor front end apart and put it back together twice. No start! Pulled it apart the 3rd time, and found out about Renfro's. Called and explained the situation, they gave us a very fair quote and fast service. Got us up and running in no time!!! Super nice and very knowledgeable. Other shops we spoke to said our motor was junk and wouldn't even bother with it. Please give these guys a call first with any issues you may have. “A bad experience turned into a great experience because of Tracie at Kramer Chevrolet GMC in Livingston. Texas. My car wouldn't turn over due to battery issues. I had to pay for a wrecker ($80.00) to be towed across the street to the dealership so that my warranty would not be voided. So i met with tracy when i got to the dealership. She told me that it would not be a problem to swap the battery out under the battery waranty (done in April at Wright Buick in Lufkin, Texas). Then she told me that they had installed the wrong battery in my suv. The paperwok battery did not match the actual battery. Anyhow, we contacted the Lufkin dealership and they agreed to bring a battery to Kramer on the following Monday. At first, I was going to have to pay for a new battery and then get reimbursed by Lufkin ($300+) which i didn't have right at Christmas time. Anyhow Tracy solved the issue and had me done and on my way home without all of the stress of paying then getting reimbursed.”

“First of all, don't judge my review by my photo.My grandson created it and assured me that folkswould take notice of my postings.Well, it could be good or bad; the jury is still out on that one.However, I can honestly say the good folks at Joel West RV parts & Supply Store are top notchin both their repair services and customer relations. The young man that owns the businesslearned from his dad (who was the original owner) and he was a real nice guy.We were talking about my 1991 HI-LO that I brought in. I needed a sway bar put on , so he showed me the modelsavailable and advised me of the one he'd get if he had a HI-LO. He didn't try to sell me one madefor towing GODZILLA ,he was honest and he and the shop fellas did a fine job with the install.The ladies in the sales office made me feel at home while I waited the sway bar installation.They were cheerful and friendly.There was a small parts supply room to browse through, butit was well stocked with all sorts of r/v needs and cool little "thingamabobs" for your r/v.And lastly, but most importantly their prices for sales AND services are VERY REASONABLE.”

Took our 2007 Ford Freestyle to Richards for an A/C recharge after being unable to DIY it myself.They not only recharged the A/C but repaired the problem that was preventing me from doing it without charging me for the repair.Be forewarned. Richards is very popular for obvious reasons and you will have to make an appointment which could be some time out. We had to wait 3 weeks, mainly because they were down a mechanic.”

“I called last week to see if they could fix this ongoing issue with my car. He open and honestly let me know that they were really busy at that time and could see about getting it checked out Monday, which was just a few days later. Absolutely, no biggie for myself as I appreciate the honesty instead of saying yes and then my car just sit. I call Monday and he says to bring my car in. I got an update that same Monday afternoon and that my car would be ready the following morning. Tuesday morning I get another call saying my car is finished. I was shocked at how fast my car was finished. They did good! My car drove like a dream just like he told me on the phone! In all, I wholeheartedly appreciated the honesty and how respectful the guys were to me. I will be recommending to others for sure! Thank ya’ll again!”

Well management and the gentleman I was whining about made contact with me immediately and heard my complaints and in less then48 hours ( there was allot of work to do beyond my explanation) they had me back in my jeep and everything I complained about was taken care of .
