“A bad experience turned into a great experience because of Tracie at Kramer Chevrolet GMC in Livingston. Texas. My car wouldn't turn over due to battery issues. I had to pay for a wrecker ($80.00) to be towed across the street to the dealership so that my warranty would not be voided. So i met with tracy when i got to the dealership. She told me that it would not be a problem to swap the battery out under the battery waranty (done in April at Wright Buick in Lufkin, Texas). Then she told me that they had installed the wrong battery in my suv. The paperwok battery did not match the actual battery. Anyhow, we contacted the Lufkin dealership and they agreed to bring a battery to Kramer on the following Monday. At first, I was going to have to pay for a new battery and then get reimbursed by Lufkin ($300+) which i didn't have right at Christmas time. Anyhow Tracy solved the issue and had me done and on my way home without all of the stress of paying then getting reimbursed.”

“I was on a 450 mile trip towing a heavy trailer from Alexandria, LA to Bandera, TX on July 27th, 2025 when I blew a brake line in Livingston. Thank God I was within a mile of O'Reilly!! The crew working that day was very helpful and extremely nice! They had the brake line I needed in stock and everyone there was polite and courteous. I can't remember the names of the counter guys though. After I swapped the line, I didn't have time to use the bleeder I bought as a storm was coming (hate using those anyways). I jokingly asked if anyone was available to pump the brakes while I bled them, and I offered to pay for the help. A young man named Troy offered to help....and wouldn't let me pay him at all!! He said he believed in doing good things for folks as it would return to him later in life, which I definitely agree with. I was especially impressed with his willingness to help because he was on his lunch break. He had hot food waiting for him and didn't have to help me with my truck, but he did. He wouldn't even let me pay for his lunch. We got the brakes done and I continued my all day long trip. Huge thank you to Troy and everyone else there that day!!!”

“Great job and fairly quick if you don't try to get your oil changed during high busy times. You can also go online and schedule an appointment. Fyi, my synthetic oil change was about 60.00 vs dealership 100.00.”

“Went to just go look at a few campers they had on the lot on a very cold and rainy day. Being on Saturday afternoon and close to closing time, Mr Linn was extremely welcoming and stayed in the wet and cold to answer our questions and show us a few of the campers we were interested in. Even though we were not buying at the moment he understood and still took time for us. Much appreciated, they earned a soon to be customer for sure!”
