Let me begin by saying I have a couple problematic animals, but no one judges us at Arena! ?
Over the years, my family has seen Dr. Thiel & Dr. Darden with a mini pig, English Bulldog, exotic bully, pit bulls, and dachshunds. Every person in the office from front to back has been kind & patient with us and they have gone the extra mile more than a few times. It is more than evident they love what they do! While it is often swamped, I would rather wait an hour or two than go elsewhere because I KNOW my animals will be seen with top-notch attention and care.

Just moved to Livingston from out of state with our cane Corso, he was bit by a snake which caused horrible swelling which turned to cellulitis. "Every" staff member from the front, all the techs and doctor were incredibly wonderful! Our Gentle Giant was greeted so well he actually relaxed as he's usually petrified. Thank you for saving our babies life....

I called about a chicken with the respiratory infection and unfortunately I could not bring her in, but when I tell you, they went above and beyond for me to be able to get a prescription from chewy.com That's exactly what I mean. When they say they are here for the animals, They truly are! This is the vet I will be using in the near future. I moved to this area two years ago and haven't needed one until now

Came in with my 6 week old kitten after she was attacked by one of our dogs, the entire staff was very welcoming and the Dr and vet tech took their time, answered all of mine and my daughters questions and were very compassionate with my kitten, even answered questions about what might be best for our dog and was very affordable. My children and I are so greatful for everyone here and will definitely be making this clinic our go to for regular animal care.

Hey this is an awesome place to take your pet Dr Darden is the best he takes personal time with you and your pet it's just not in and out type thing these people form a personal relationship with you and they also give back to the community by doing career days for the Boys & Girls Club of Livingston many many things Dr Darden

Dr James seemed great, is compassionate,takes all kinds of time, explains all, answers questions and seems much more knowledgeable than vet we went to a couple weeks prior. Our dog is very old so that's a complication. The hope, results, and confidence Dr James implied with the meds, etc, didn't materialize, actually seemed to bring negative consequences, and call was never returned when I told them what was happening next day, and they said they would give him the message we would like call back.

Lovely little vet clinic. I took my cat there after they got an infection from a cat fight ? they immediately treated my cat and he was back to his old territorial self in no time.

I had a female cat who had just delivered nine babies most of them still born others died within a few hours. She was very ill. They told us if we were there at one we would be first and we were. I also had one of her kittens with me I had been hoping there was something they could do for her, sadly, she died while I was still sitting in the car in the parking lot. The vet that was there I forget his name what a sweetheart I think his last name begins with a D handsome. He reminds me of a movie star I can't think of the name either, I was so torn apart about the baby and the mother and he was like my best friend. I was also impressed with pricing compared to another that I used to prefer. I can't believe prices are even worse here than in South Florida. Very sad because the animals suffer. So do we because we love them. I found most of the staff very kind. There was only one whatever her issue was walked by the room. We were waiting in and slammed our door closed as if we had offended her. We were waiting for the vet and nurse to come back I don't understand the vets that will not make appointments, it seems to be popular around here. I don't like it. I would always understand if an emergency came in and they asked me to wait because I would want someone to do that for me. Appointments are nice though. PS he was so gentle with my little girl cat, who was so sick and within a couple of days, you could see the difference in her for the better.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took both of my pets in and had to wait two hours to be seen just for Arena Vet to do the bare minimum AND for $1200. I don’t mind spending money on my pets for quality care. The wellness visits here are double the price of what they are in Houston. They wanted me to walk out of there with so many unnecessary purchases but couldn’t even follow up to update me on a Symperica restock which my dogs actually needed or to give me the results on an allergy test I spent $700 on. Please reconsider bringing your pets here. I ended up going to Livingston Animal Hospital and had a much better experience. The vet techs are not friendly either. They were being mean to my dog cause he has really bad anxiety getting his nails cut. No sympathy at all. If you hate your job look for a new one.
