Their manager never says hi or thank you. She always talking to the cashier about their personal problems or nonsense going on at their location while im trying to pay for my items, rude i think her name is ashley or amy.

Horrible customer service, Those ladies don't even acknowledge you even early in the morning when they open . You don't like working there, then leave.

New guy that looks a lil special rang me up wrong and i confronted him and he said "take it up with the company" you have somethig advertised a certain price and you still rang me up wrong. This guy is always making mistakes I spent about 100$+ here since i work around the corner and i will NOT be returning as long as that guy is still working there Rude disrespectful not well trained and slow

I have been coming to this valero for years as I live nearby. I had a baby 7 months ago. Flash forward to today, I go in to buy alcohol. I am buying beer. Not only is the clerk outside smoking a cigarette leaving the store unattended but has the audacity to ask me how far along I am?!??! Seriously!!! I may look pregnant but working in retail myself I know never to assume. It's not only rude but out of line. why would you sell a pregnant person alcohol anyways?... I know it's not "technically" against the law but you have the balls... excuse my French... but to ask me if I'm pregnant! I will not spend my money here ever again, but I promise I will go in to say something to a manager. If this was a manager of a retail store, as I am, I would want to know what kind of clerks I had working for me. Oh and Kenya was her name.

The cashier sucks. Slow ask a question & looks @ at you like if he's in another world. One time i ask him for help something easy,would you believe it he tells me that the other cashier help me. Let me say the poor cashier had a long line already. This guy was standing next to me by the fountain machines. Just lazy! Thats why i booo this store. I use to goto that location all the time.
