I have a bone disease and I needed something to help me with my pain so she offered me a couple of these gummy’s vapes and other accessories to help me and she really knows her stuff. If you ever go down there ask for Dani. She will go above and beyond for you.”

“Friendly people, phenomenal selection of cigars and pipes. A great place to meet and converse with people of many sectors of society in a quiet relaxing setting. They have a nice covered patio out front. It is BYOB if you imbibe, you can also enjoy complimentary coffee with your favorite cigar in the lounge. They have a members only lounge and cigar lockers for an annual fee. Ask for details. Many good conversations were had in this place.”

I live in the middle of downtown and I have No problem driving out of my way to this particular Smokerz Paradise bc of the quality of service I receive from her EVERY-TIME??
There are over a dozen vape shops and even other Smokerz P’s significantly closer to me but.. I don’t mind the drive when I consider the service
If it wasn’t for the kindness.. the patience and the quality level of HELPFULNESS delivered by Miss Chloe I wouldn’t even bother

“The quintessential gap between two different generations closed at this store - a Generation X customer & Millenial (stellar of a human being) as the associate in one asking for help and the other giving help.As I walked into the store, I was already laden with guilt for having my Mom wait in my car as I am trying to buy materials for nice herbal cook out. But the clerk behind the counter, Heather greeted me with a big smile and a vibe to let me know that I was okay, that no one was going to judge me for going into a smoke-shop/vape store (that's what we call it out in the West coast). Immediately making me feel at ease and almost enabling me to buy the entire store as a result of the comfort feeling that I was experiencing.This store is a very clean store, neatly organized and no hidden prices or bartering that one would expect (thank God!). The floor was clean, the ambient air very cozy (like hey you're home! Take a load off!)The prices are more than moderate, just about every item or device in their inventory is top of the line without the top of the line mark ups.Heather's technical knowledge of the items was superb, almost making me feel a lil embarrassed on the DL that an old-school didn't posses this knowledge. But hey Heather was right in cue and again was very kind in explaining to me the difference between metrics and so on and so forth. All in all, I was in and out in 5 minutes; actually would have stayed longer to do some more shopping but was in a time crunch. Idk how long this young lady had been working there but as an ex-recruiting manager for a Fortune 500 I would do whatever to keep her as an asset to the company. This individual possesses that human element that is genuine and yet hard to find in today's society. I highly recommend this store to transplants and local citizens as well!”

“I have lived here since May 2022. I have never once regretted my decision to chose The Redland. We have had no issues with the exception of having to share the parking lot with other tenants. ? We love the pool. The office staff is always professional and helpful. Vanessa (the manager)herself came to check out an electrical issue because the maintenance team was gone for the day, worked out a temporary solution, and made sure maintenance was there the next morning. Loving all the new community engagement activities from the food trucks to the movie nights in the pool! Overall, great experience in the last year and a half.”

“I'm giving 4 stars because I've been shopping here a very long time and spend a lot of money here across my family. However, I came in and instead of buying the usual disposable vapes, I decided to buy a refillable pod. Maybe I should've gone to a shop with more knowledge on these systems. Everything tasted burned out. I've come in twice to fix the situation and been blown off and forced to buy another coil to replace the coils that came with the system in less than 24 hours. No offer of a free coil or exchanging the system. I tried the juice on three brand new coils and two different systems and it tastes burned. I offered to let them try it to see I'm not just saying it to say it the second trip and was instead told to just buy new juice. She said juice doesn't burn but regardless if what she said, there can be a bad batch. Again, I'm in there at least once a week and have brought in multiple new customers in just the last month. You'd think customer service would matter more than a need to be right.”

“This is a phenomenal smoke shop! The employees really are the difference when it comes to customer satisfaction! As soon as i walked in the door I was greeted and taken right to what I was looking for and even helped me find a few things I hadn’t come in for! On the way out, I was stopped and given a promotional sample by another vendor sitting near the door which was a pleasant surprise! And it didn’t stop there even, when I discovered I couldn’t get maps to pull up on my phone, I went back in for directions to thehotel and they were able to help me get connected in order to pull it up myself! Thanks ladies for all you do! You deserve a raise ;)”
