They are READING before Kindergarten & my son is 1 of 4 in his kinder class that was accepted into the GT Program. We attribute much to his success from the CKA curriculum and the wonderful teachers there.

This family run academy is so personal and caring. I really love their year around actives that go above and beyond other care centers. Visits from the Fire department, Helicopter tour, Halloween & Christmas parties & Parents-Night-Out! This place is so fun!”

“My daughter had been to two other daycares before we found KinderCare. Her first one shut down due to the housing development in the area. The second one was just so horrible. My daughter was never happy when we picked her up and we walked in one time and they had her sitting on the carpet alone with no toys and no one giving her any attention to her. The teacher just sat on the rocking chair staring at her. We knew it was time to get her out of there.Thankfully we found KinderCare! In just one day, her mood was changed. She’s always happy when we pick her up and does not give us a hard time when we drop her off. She runs to hug all her teachers. But after 2 days, my oldest is excited to go, he shows us his classroom, the fish they have, and just enjoys it. My youngest is still little, I know it will take longer for him to adjust since they both never been to daycare. But Ms. Tina and the teachers are so nice and patient with them, so I know it will be ok. Plus they keep me updated and send pictures. I’m glad they go here, so far we love it. He was in early head-start and was a closed off individual for a while but once I switched him to KinderCare, his REAL personality came out.

Potty training has also been a piece of cake because they actually help out with making sure he stays on track with his schedule.

“This place is pretty good, especially for the area it is in.
I have had both of my kids enrolled here, my oldest went to public school for Pre-K 3 but re-enrolled her for the next year because we liked the care, more supervision, and better communication with the teachers.
I understand this can be a difficult/stressful job and I appreciate that from the teachers. I always strive to help motivate them with my Dad Jokes.
I like hearing the stories from my kids on the way home from picking them up. It warms my heart to hear my youngest tells me he how much he likes his teacher and misses her on days he doesn’t go.
The Director can be a little sassy but fair, and willing to listen to the parents when we have concerns.
Overall I’d give them a 4.5/5 but I can’t do that, so it rounds up to a 5/5. The only thing I saw was in the past where the it was hard to keep staff in my kid’s room, and went through a few teachers within a year and that could be a bit hard on the little ones. But now I see that majority of the staff have been there at least a couple years and see that they were able to iron that out.”

“The staff is great. This is a family centered facility. They treat the children as if they are own. Children and parents/Guardians are acknowledged by name every time they enter an exit the facility. I highly recommend the facility. I love that you can log on seeing daily photos and updates. They focus on fun and education. Kids love it.”

“I cannot express how much I love BCA. My oldest attended from the time she was two years old and transitioned into the NEISD dual language program doing well. We are an English speaking household so her Spanish skills were impressive to her Kindergarten teacher. My youngest has attended since she was one year old. The staff are very loving and take wonderful care of my children. They know my children's name and know who we are. I've use a different daycare that did not remember which children belonged to which adults and that did not make me feel good to leave my child with them. I've never had those concerns at BCA. The administrators are very responsive and help you feel confident your children are being taken care of physically and mentally. They have a cook that makes fresh food for the children so they are eating well. I recommend BCA to anyone that is in need of child care or pre-school.”

“Abiding Presence Lutheran church can't be adequately represented on a website! It is an incredibly welcoming congregation, with a variety of dynamic and meaningful worship services (and online during heightened COVID), contemporary and traditional. There is even a Saturday eveningservice for those who can't work Sunday mornings into their schedules. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive as well. The church really does have something for everyone, from traditional Sunday School to a variety of children, youth, young adult and adult programs and ministries (like book studies and small groups), many outreach volunteer opportunities, and lots of different fellowship/social opportunities that are really fun and engaging. My favorite thing about this church is the unbelievable music during services and the many music ministries that include children and youth choirs, adult choirs, hand bell choir, and a contemporary worship group. The sincere connection to God's Word and the music drew us to the congregation, but the people and staff are why we joined and have been members for many years.”

“Words can not be spoken, I am speechless the teachers here are literally so caring, loving and knowledgeable and compassionate they treat my baby as their own. After switching to this daycare I am know aware of what daycares should consist of for our family and just in general every daycare is different but this daycare learning center is top knotch!!
The infant room teachers Miss.C is amazing, Miss.Claudia beyond a blessing. The other people I've just seen by coming in friendly, my daughters other teacher I have not met yet only from afar so kind.

They have a curriculum even with the infants,
They're outgoing like family but still very professional. My daughter would scream at her other daycare for hours id have to pick her up.
I'm not just talking about when dropping your baby off, I mean she would scream often.
Here she cried when I left I came back she was calm quiet and comfortable even on her first day.

I am very thankful, excited to have my little grow up here!

She has learned so much, and was completely prepared for kindergarten. I love that they have activities, meal time, and field trips! Such a fun and safe environment for any kiddo. “The teachers are amazing and sweet helpful and kind. Just to let you know though the holes on the main floor in the sixth grade stairs can get crowded during the passing periods. So make sure to get there before everyone gets to the stairs or after everyone gets to the stairs.”

“We have been using tiny tots for 20 years now. My children went when they were little from the ages of 6 months to 7 and 8 years old. They are now grown and we open our home to foster/adopt. We currently use tiny tots for their awesome pre-k program. Our kids LOVE going to school here. The staff is very friendly and nurturing to our kids. They are loving, fair, and patient with our kids. They definitely go above and beyond to make learning fun and enjoyable for them. This is most definitely the best daycare!!”

My children all receive individualized instruction as well as character and biblical education. God is truly the center of RCBA, and this school will always feel like family. I love the photos that get posted on the website & hearing about his day when I pick him up is so exciting because I can see the joy in his eyes of how much fun he had at school. “First of all to those who left the negative reviews, you should have never brought your child back IF you thought the facility was awful. So that lets you know this place isn’t bad.We moved here about 2 yrs an ago and I was a little hesitant | finding childcare in Universal City.From day one my child had enjoyed his experience at this facility. This is the first time he's been in daycare and rarely came home sick. I APPRECIATE the fact that Ms Hunter asks for a doctors note upon a child return. Other daycares wouldn't care if you drop of a sick child. This is why children stay ill because sick children still go to daycares and school. The children were fed VERY WELL better than the schools. They went on field trips and learned Spanish. My son misses it and I am hoping to bring him back for the summer.Whomever has anything negative to say about is mentally off. If they really hated this place they should removed their child TOO EASY. So it must of not been a bad place. The children are taken care of and safe. I have to been to many SUPER CLEAN CDC and my child was SICK ALL THE TIME because they never asked for a doctors note of return nor a confirmed POSITIVE Covid test. I NEVER had a provider as passionate about her children like Ms. Hunter. I would recommend this place to anyone.”
