Took my suv in for a bumper and came out with a bumper from Toys R Us, shattered tail lights on the lift gate ? and my paint to the lift gate was taken off!! Like I said the lift gate wasn’t even in the accident. Don’t not Take Your Vehicle here!!!!!!
They also told me it was already like that or heat did it!! Blow me!!!

This place is so horrible it’s sad to see that they have a excuse for everything except for their poor communication skills and poor knowledge to know what’s really happening with our vehicles

It's always a good thing when you return to a place and your treated with respect instead of indifference. Specially when something pops up with your vehicle after you've left and come back to have it fixed. Thanks.

There were several people who had great customer service during my time and Margie along with the body shop manager were both amazing.

Classic Collision did an exceptional job on our vehicle. Parts weren't readily available, but Rosalyn made sure to keep us updated at every single step of the way. She always answered or returned our calls on a timely manner. The receptionist was very helpful as well. Big shout out to the team!

Horrible. We were quoted 9 days, its been 28 days and our vehicle is still not done. I am a 30 year resident of this area. I've never ever had service this bad. Dishonest company, take your business elsewhere. They deserve zero stars. Notice how many customers state the exact same issue.

Predatory techniques, especially if going through an insurance company. An employee by the name of Rosyln held my car against my will, and wouldn’t release it. Horrible, Ghetto-like experience. Be aware, if going through an insurance. I never leave bad reviews, very rare. I was forced into a job, that was not completed back in august 2023, I am still dealing with those repairs.

Hopefully writing this review will help others avoid wasted money, time and all the trouble I went through.- I initially dropped off the vehicle on 15 November 2022 at Classic Collision.- I was receiving weekly text notification from the manger, Greg at Classic Collision, one of which indicated that the repair would be completed December 9, 2022.- On December 12, 2022, I went to pick it up; however, it turned out the vehicle was not ready after all. Greg failed to notify me. There was a backorder until mid-January on a part (a “relay” for the headlight to function).- On 28 December 2022, I asked to pick up the vehicle because I needed transportation to work. I no longer had the rental car and I figured I could still use the Toyota during the day. Samantha at Classic would notify me when the part came in so I could return the car for them to finish the headlight repair.- Mid-January, the part came in, I brought the car, and Classic kept it until 31 January 2023.- By 2 February 2023, the headlight was out again. I spoke with Greg and told him that I had a service appointment at Cavendar Toyota and since the electrician at Classic had been unable to fix should I have Cavendar fix it. Greg said he spoke with the electrician who agreed to proceed with having Cavander look at the headlight.- On 3 February 2023, I took the Toyota to Cavendar. They did a diagnostic and found that fuses needed to be replaced.- I drove off the parking lot, but had to return because the headlight was out again. I left the vehicle at Cavander.- On 6 February 2023, Cavander had found the problem to be damaged wires caused by Classic Collision repair tech. That same day I took the invoices to Greg at Classic, he said he would give the receipt to the electrician and have him reimburse me for the cost. Cavander was able to fix the headlight.- By May of 2023 the bumper had become loose, pushing it back in did not help. I went back to Classic Collision since supposedly they have a lifetime warranty on their work. They did not honor the warranty and Greg argued that a scrape at the bottom of my bumper was enough to rip the entire bumper off.- I do not trust Classic Collision to do any future work on my vehicle.
