But, I'm sooo impressed with the quality of work these guys did for me, it's amazing.I always have bright ideas of things to get my grandkids, this was no exceptionMy grandson's name is Xavier, I was looking through Amazon, which always gets me in trouble with my son, cuz he doesn't like random boxes showing up at his house, I digress, that's another story, lol.Anyway, I came across a tshirt that had Xavier on the front of it, so, when my grandson was younger, they would sing in the car, and my son would sing, X gon give it to ya, the clean version. So, I thought I would have it printed on the back of the T-shirt, it would be cool.I don't travel too far away from home, but I wanted to get this in the mail for v-day for the g-kids. I found this printing shop that wasn't too far from my house, sol thought l'd give them a try.It's a small business, run by some awesome people.I explained what I was trying to get done, now normally it would take about a week to get this done, but the owner said he would squeeze it in for me,yay.感.Well, since I really didn't know the song, only the parts my son would sing, we kinda added extra words to it, looked ok, but I knew my son would would say something about it. Anyway, they were able to fix the wording on the spot, amazingI had a such a great experience with the owner and his partner, l'll definitely have more work done by them.I might add, they also do work on cars and more.”
“The last real suit shop in San Antonio. Lucky to have found this place to buy my suit before my wedding. They showed me tons of options, found the exact suit I was looking for, and tailored it to my needs.Thanks to Satel's, I looked awesome on my wedding day and my wife was thoroughly impressed. “Update Aviva my new favorite store to shop all crafting supplies. The ladies at the front desk are always working hard and very dedicated to helping each customer and the price are amazing for the great quality products they have in store for all the customersI really enjoyed Aviva wholesale my first time there it was very clean and organized and clear as to what the price are for each item. There were lots of different choices to choose from. I was very pleased with my experience and recommended if your looking for blank shirts,sweatshirts,tanks, shorts or anything else this is a great place to startUpdate time I went back today and got more shirts and also was able to purchase a sublimation print from them. I went in just looking for one pair of shorts and I walked out with $200 worth of clothes and an old navy card! Sweet and caring staff and such a beautifully organized store. “I ordered a shirt online and received 2. I did not like the color so I came in to return them both. I did not have a receipt since I ordered it online. I thought for sure they were going to give me a hard time returning the one shirt I paid for.

They were so nice to me and helpful ! I was shocked. I had a really bad week and was sure this return was going to fall right in line with the most horrible week ever. I was shocked. Speechless. Angela & Audrey were really nice to me. They helped me find another shirt. Praised the color I chose which of course made me feel like a million bucks. I was sweaty and probably smelled. After the transaction was done. I kinda just stood there. Shocked. Maybe there is hope for America after all. There IS place that has Real customer service still. BOOT BARN at 35 North & 1604. “While my wife and I visited Kohl's (Selma, TX) again to buy her another summer dress and when asked about a Kohls credit card because of additional savings , I had one but it has not been used in years, thus the account was closed, so I applied for one, the cashier (Linda) assisted me (made it easy for me as she loaded all the information in the system). Of course, it came back approved, what surprised us was that I had a voucher in the Kohls system and the store gave us two additional discounts (one being a new member and the other it's customer appreciation week), WOW some discounts, we were very happy when we left. This does not happen very often!”
“I was doing some last minute shopping and Micheal was a HUGE help looking around. I couldn't find what I was looking for and had asked for assistance and he guided me to where all the products I had missed were and pointed out a few more. I also had a bunch of bags from shopping and he offered me a large paper bag to help carry all the plastic ones digging into my arm. I've been to this location before with my brother to check out boards and everytime we go the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Once again, Thank you Michael and I appreciate your help. “I've been in and out of Tackle Box since I've moved here 10 odd years ago. Always to grab a shirt or a Yeti product for gift, never for fishing supplies. Today I walked in needing some help with a relatively simple kit for a Mexico fishing trip. I'm not by any metrics a seasoned fly fisherman. By some metrics I'm a horrible fly fisherman. I have very little experience. Fly fishing, as with many outdoor pursuits, can be very intimidating to approach as a novice. Rick helped me put together a very simple kit today and I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of how helpful, attentive & friendly he was. He never once tried to upsell me on a single item and probably saved me a load of $ by simply by piecing together exactly what I need and nothing more. Rarely these days we enjoy our transactions. It was a joy doing business with Rick and Tackle Box. If you want to get into the sport please go give these folks a visit and don't be afraid to ask questions. They are very good at what they do. Rick, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your help today.”
“Initially I had some difficulty with my purchase which the managers could not solve on that visit because my Kohl's credit card account was suspended for non-use. Once I receive the new credit card I was to bring my purchase back and they would credit it and charge it on the new Kohl's account applying all the discounts that I would have gotten in the first place. Had I known this experience was going to be so positive I might have welcomed the fact that I had to go through it just to meet all the nice people and see how they back up their sales. Everyone involved use their best efforts and went out of their way to take care of me.”

“Customer representatives on the floor are exceptional. Cashiers are a hit-and-miss regarding knowledge of discounts and returns. Within the last few weeks, I've made five trips and had different experiences.
I haven't shopped at an OLD NAVY in 5 years, lol. During my recent visits, I had a bad experience with some cashiers at this location. I won't bore you with the details due to the inconsistency in combining discounts.
My last trip, Ms Larken, was amazing ? she went above and beyond to help me sort out the mess created by another cashier on my refunds (returns).
Ms Larken was patient, understanding, and supportive. She listened, acknowledged the mistakes, apologized, and was able to fix the incorrect refunds.
It's rare to find genuine souls in customer service nowadays.
Kudos to Ms Larken, and Thank you for all you do! You make it worth stopping by this location in the future. Keep up the great work, and see you next time. ?”
