Love living here!

Just completed a 1 year lease in a 2 bedroom and currently starting another year lease in a 3 bedroom. I have lived in a lot of apartments in my life and have a lot of horror stories but my family and I LOVE these apartments! My daughters have told me countless times! MOMMY I LOVE OUR PLACE but honestly it might just be because Starbucks is literally ten feet away and they are obsessed with it. Never had any problems and maintenance is always quick to respond! Never had problems with neighbors. Was afraid I’d have to leave when my older daughter was wanting her own bedroom and looked around at a few other place and it was a MAJOR price difference but after talking to the office we were able to upgrade to a 3 bedroom for only about 100 bucks more! They made the move so seamless and easy!! Food Truck Wednesday Season is always so great!!! Discovered my new favorite food truck that way! The infinity pool is always so fun and the clubhouse is really beautiful! Here’s hoping we have another great year! :)

I would honestly avoid this complex at all cost I haven’t even been here a year and can’t wait till my lease is up, they won’t solve any issue. You have in a timely manner and you’re just an inconvenience to them. It seems like.

Now that my lease is done, I plan to come forward with my experiences here. If you’re looking for a place to rent, DO NOT GO HERE! For years, I had horrible experiences here with management, quality of life, and security.
1. Every time I went down to the leasing office, I was seen as an inconvenience when I would try to make accommodations or discuss things with them. I requested to have my countertops changed out and needed a specific date so I could put up my pets. They failed to call me the day of and the people who installed them left my door wide open. I was upset with how lazy they fail communicating with their tenants.
2. Their gate was broken a majority of the time and no cameras on the outside (except for the dumpster so they can catch people dumping cardboard). They don’t care for the safety of their tenants. There are incidents of cars being broken into.
3. Speaking of safety, someone left a homophobic note on my car windshield. When I sent the message to property management, their response was dismissive and lack of empathy. I felt targeted just for how I dressed too! (TW: picture attached contains slur.)
4. There was a tenant who warned me and my partner asked if we heard anything bizarre at night. We didn’t (at the time). However, this tenant warned us that there was someone running around our complex at night, trying to break into units with a knife! If I was single and since I’m a woman, I WOULD BE TERRIFIED!
5. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything. At night, we heard of a few domestic violence issues. I called the cops once about it because I didn’t know if someone was going to be in serious danger. We sent noise complaints about our upstairs neighbor because we would hear loud noises at 2-4am. We couldn’t sleep and there is no courtesy office on site. Add on the fact that our building sank and the foundation is bad. (See pictures attached.)
6. I paid them to get out of my lease early and had to pay more rent, then cleaning fees and carpet replacement (even if you have pets, you are subject to this. No matter how much you clean.)
In their lease, they are supposed to provide safety and security as a property management team. But, I felt anything but safe. Besides this place looking like “luxurious living”, it’s a bold lie! Save your money (maybe your sense of security too) and DO NOT RENT HERE!
Edit: Funny how you are now charging lower rent than what I paid out for. This place is a total sham!

Wow I have lived here for 4 years and after reading these comments I can honestly say they are full of it. Jackie has always been so nice and helpful. Any time I need assistance I always go to her. Get a life and go make a review about how yall always pay y’all’s rent late!

I have lived here for 5 years, and the first 3 were pleasant. The crew in the office were always welcoming and happy to see me, especially when I come with baked goods.
But then the new management took over and ruined it all. I don't even bring them baked goods, they don't feel welcoming and it doesn't feel as lively as it use to.
My room mate and I were upgrading to a two bedroom at the same time the management switched, and they did not have us on their files, having sent someone knocking on our door to make sure there were people in the apartment. I can understand that the switch messed things up a little, but I did not feel very secure for months.
The gates constantly broke, the pool was always closed and we were paying rent for a beautiful view of the highway, paper thin walls that were cracking and doors that were a pain to close.
I'm not gonna miss this place, I'm only giving it 2 stars only because it was the first apartment I ever rented, and grew a little attached. I wish them the very best, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Smoke detectors are always malfunctioning, my apartment was a mess of dry wall debris and muddy footprints when I moved in, construction on the roads makes it a nightmare to get into & out of the complex, and someone died of unknown causes upstairs from me!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This was one of the worst apartments ever. My spouse and I lived here for over a year and dealt with nothing but trouble. The second we had the chance to leave we did. Here is a list of everything that happened over the past year. Here is everything wrong the DAY we moved in. Our balcony door wouldn't close properly, which was later fixed. Our bedroom door couldn't close and never was fixed, they knew about it. The kitchen faucet was broken, and the bedroom had a HUGE foundation crack that went from the floor to the ceiling. Also, the A/C was broken. Mind you this is all from JUST day one!!Inside the apartment:After that our dryer broke multiple times, instead of just replacing it they would take a leaf blower and push out the lint. The laundry room door was loose instead of fixing it, they unscrewed it from the wall. Our toilet handle broke, it took them over a month to fix it. The towel hangers rusted and broke, which they were never fixed. Our neighbors were disgusting. When they would open their doors the whole unit would stink of weed and urine. Our whole unit was covered in roaches and ants because of them. The floorboards were rising (wasn't fixed). Horrible paint jobs. Our rent went up(they said it was the water bill fluctuating, which I understand but the price was the same when they offered our re-lease). Finally, the water for the entire complex was shut off THREE times for days due to all the construction. Our power breaker broke and we lost power to our bedroom, living room, and closet.Outside the apartment:My car got broken into while parked INSIDE the gate. Speaking of the gate, it is broken most of the time so don't rely on that security. Don't even get me started on the parking situation. Unless you stay home all day or get off work at 1 pm you best believe you will have to take a hike to get to your apartment. The pool is never opened and when it is people will have drunken parties until 2 am destroying the pool resulting in it being closed. The whole place is covered in dog poop, including the walkways. Not only are the walkways covered in poop but garbage, and stains. Just buy cameras and ban the people who keep doing it.After all of this, my spouse and I left our apartment in great condition, even the woman doing the walk-through said we left it great. Just for us to not receive our $300 deposit back. No reason other than they have to paint and clean. Beyond disgusted by these people. So please, save yourself some trouble and don't move here.

This places lies about the price. Filled out all info and got quote that says it was good for 2 days then go into office the same day and they say that the price was the unrenovated price which was listed on their website. Leasing agent didn’t care about anything and basically just wanted me to leave. Price went up over $100 a month from. Bad business practice and I would find another place to stay.

Don’t even consider to move in. Loretto used to be a wonderful complex to live in but since they changed the management team everything changed. We moved out they created charges for us that they can’t even explain. The pool was closed the 70% of the time last summer and the parking situation sucks. After 5:30 you can’t find any parking available. They raise our prices and add fees without notifying. Don’t move there you can find way better places.
