Pam was so super nice. She had to file both 2023 and 2022 for us. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in asking us questions about possible deductions. She filed both so fast! Nice clean office. We hope we can come back with her next year.

We needed to file our income tax and my sister referred us, we thought we would have to file an extension, but we called and spoke to Tonia and she gave me an appointment that same day at 5 PM. We thought we were just going to drop it off but she worked on it right there and then and we even are getting a refund. She was awesome, I highly recommend liberty tax services ask for Tonia.

Filing my taxes with Liberty Tax Service was my worst experience, EVER! The preparer charged my credit card a "convenience fee" of 139.41 to the IRS, instead of the customary fee of 2.50...Her response was she entered the amount improperly and that she was sorry...No refund, no reimbursement...just, I'm sorry. I will NEVER use or recommend that service to my friends or associates! I will definitely tell them about my nightmare experience! Poor professionalism! This is the filing place on Pat Booker Rd. Universal City, Texas
