This was hands down the absolute best daycare for our 3 boys. Our oldest(7yrs) attended when he was 2 and our other two (3 & 10 months) followed right behind him. The staff is top notch and caring no matter what age group; We never had a complaint about anyone just praises!Kim Davison is the best ever and cared for the children no matter what the day brought to her plate. May he rest in peace, Mr. James was an amazing male figure for our boys to be around and they surely miss him and will remember him. The only reason we are leaving this facility is we moved to the countryside of south San Antonio. May KRD continue to thrive and impact the children that go through their doors daily. God bless to all!

It is so sad reading the negative reviews about this daycare but you cannot make everyone happy! This daycare is family oriented! ?

If your baby has any kind of speech impairment or developmental delays stay away, my daughter was kicked out after 1 week of being told she was fine and just needed time to adjust, no specific reason just “too much to handle” my daughter is not violent nor a danger to anyone there, their policies state they would try to accommodate or come up with a plan to best support the child if they were having a hard time but this was not the case for us.

Hello, Ms. Nelly Amaro here! I worked in KRD for almost a year and it was the best time of my life. Not only Mrs. Kim and Mr. James were amazing, but the coworkers too. I loved working here, it was fun to go in the classroom and do the activities with the kids. If you are looking for a job that will be fun, this is it! ???To the parents looking for the service, this is a great option for your kids because they are in good hands, being watched and taken care of by people with big hearts. They will play a lot but also they will acquire basic knowledge that will get them ready for school. You won’t find a better option! ??

KRD has been an amazing daycare for my daughter. They treat the kids as family and everyone is so friendly. It’s nice to see the actual owners of the daycare in their own establishment. My daughter has been going for almost a year now and will stay here til she starts school. 100% recommend this daycare to anyone looking for child care.

We started my son here in 2020 when he was 14 months and his first time in daycare. Mrs. Kim and KRD were the one thing we loved about our 3 years in Texas!! The whole KRD staff is so kind and wonderful! Their hours are made for working parents and their costs are much more affordable than any other daycare I’ve come across. I wish we could have brought KRD with us when we moved 2 months ago. We love KRD and miss them and all the friends he made over the last 3 years.

My child attended this daycare for 2 months 3 if I’m being generous. It was his 1st time in daycare as he has some developmental delays (speech) but is not diagnosed with any disability. He receives speech therapy and OT at daycare. The therapist comes to the daycare for him so they are aware. The workers themselves are suspect to say the least but you get what you pay for. The daycare as a whole met other needs we had such as location, cost, and they would allow Brighton to come in and do their therapy with my son. 1st red flag is when I initial came to do my walkthrough as scheduled the owner was not there. When I asked the worker if I should wait how long would it be she told me well you can just walk around the daycare and look if you want. The 2nd red flag, my child comes home with his paper always says my son eats good however any day that his therapist was there I would receive a text about him not eating from his therapist but nothing from the daycare. Everyday when he gets in the car he is starving. There were quite a few instances where we were required to pick him up because he was “sick”. We get him home and he’s fine. Then we receive a call on a Friday morning at 9:00am that he is too aggressive and has to go home for the day. I find that odd but ok we make it happen. The following Monday when his father drops him off for daycare we are told oh no sorry he can’t come back he’s basically been expelled. How do you tell some one the morning of as they are on their way to work? So unprofessional. I then call the owner who says yes he pulled the earring of a little girl on Friday and they don’t want to be liable and plus the teachers can’t handle him he doesn’t sit down when they ask him to? Really a two year doesn’t sit when told?! Feels like they were waiting for any reason to say he is dismissed because my 2 year does not sit when they tell him to. No warning no trying to work with us. I work directly with the military and telling me the morning of did not give me an opportunity to get anything set up is unacceptable. If your toddler does not listen from time to time and exhibits normal toddler behavior then you probably need to look else where for childcare. If you are mission essential in any way also not the childcare for you. You absolutely will get what you pay for.

We had a great experience sending our 2 kids to the KRD daycare center from infants to toddler age and summer school. It's a caring, clean, affordable, family owned, and nurturing environment. Our kids were comfortable and eager to get dropped off in the mornings. We only left after moving to another area, but have always been pleased with the staff, communication, and security. No fancy tracking apps (probably helps keep the cost lower for families) but they will text pictures and information or send important notes home. KRD also offered low cost activities like parents night out on Fridays (although we didn't try them). My kids were always welcomed by their name and with smiles from every teacher, many who have worked there for several years. The teachers paid attention to their learning, helped with potty training, and reinforced manners for kids to be kind and thankful. Thank you to the KRD team!

Hands down the best daycare any of my children have gone to. Our daughter has been going there for 2.5 years already and I have never had a single issue. I was extremely nervous leaving her there on her first day because she was a preemie and born 8 weeks early but they sent me pictures and updates throughout the day and really made it a smooth transition. Our daughter needed some therapy services and she was able to be seen while there. Her teachers were extremely helpful and implemented what her therapists recommended so she really was able to benefit from the services. They treat my daughter like one of their own and I truly am grateful for everything they do. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Best daycare facility! My child was under their care for three years. Staff and teachers are amazing. My son learned so much, colors, numbers, alphabets and much more. He is now in PreK thriving! Highly recommend

We could not have asked for a better daycare for my granddaughter. The teachers were so nice and sweet and we always knew what was going on. We could just text to find out how she was doing and we usually got a picture included. We loved getting the daily report cards for her. She loved going to daycare here. We will miss Mrs Kim and the whole staff.
