I am a nurse and picky about my providers and needed a new one. My last provider left town and designated Hillside. I have had 3 visits with Abbi McDaniel and 2 of those visits with a PA as well. They were thorough, listened, and were able to help me treat my extensive issues without going overboard on medications. I read reviews of long wait times and there's even a sign in the office about it but I have never waited longer than 20 minutes even with a packed waiting room. On site labs are great as well. And everyone from the front desk to the lab have been very nice.

I have been going here for a while I love my doctor Kristen.Collins she’s amazing doctor , she explains everything well and helps you make the right choices when it comes to your health. Very caring and knows how to care for her patients I never have to wait long I get right in and out . Nurses are very nice too .

The check in and check out staff are always very nice. The nurses assistants are very professional and nice.Kristen Collins is the best NP we have ever seen. She is thorough, very professional and personable which we love. She genuinely cares about her patients!! We highly recommend Hillside Primary Care. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I had been looking for a Dr’s office for a long while that would actually take their time to listen to concerns and care about their patient. They were thorough and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I’m glad I have found just the right place at Hillside Primary Care! Such great customer service from the front receptionist, nurses, doctors, lab, and checkout receptionist! Super friendly pharmacy all in one location! Thank you, Hillside Primary Care!

Making the appointment was fast and easy. Staff were helpful and friendly. My time in the waiting room was minimal and comfortable. Dr Roy was thorough, took his time and answered all my questions and addressedmy concerns. Before coming in to see me and during the visit, he took some time to go through the notes from my last visit and my medical history and updated it. I always leave there knowing I'm getting some of the best care you can get in San Antonio. I feel like a valued client at Hillside.

So far I’ve seen 3 of their doctors in this clinic and I believe there’s 3 more but all have been nice, helpful, and attentive to my needs. Just awesome! And must say the staff are nice and polite as well. I’m just completely satisfied and can remember this clinic and their doctors to everyone.

Very happy with services received, I’ve seen multiple providers over the last couple years - to suit my scheduling needs - and each one has been attentive to my concerns/needs. I’ve never felt rushed through, and though the wait time can be a little longer - it’s understandable. They do have signs posted that appointments can take up to 1.5 hours from sign in to sign out and that’s an accurate assessment. They are able to see patients same day, which can be a big help to avoid an ER visit.

First visit here, check in went smooth. Wait time is long (1-1 half hr from start to finish) BUT they do inform you when you make your appointment and signs in the office about wait time & your appreciation for patience. Nurse was very friendly & explained the steps of my first visit. I saw Victoria Sabrsula PA-C. She took her time, didn't rush (which explains the wait time) & she seems to truly care about my concerns. She explained why she recommended my treatment plan option for me and my medical history. I would recommend this facility to others.

The nurse that took me to the room was very nice and very professional. Then the PA came in and I wish I could remember her name, but let me tell you, she was the absolute best! She explained my lab work from my previous visit and I understand everything she said. Then Dr. Blanco came in and he explained a few more things to help me continue with my health care. I am so thankful I finally decided to make an appointment to be check out. The front office and back office are super nice as well. Thank you Hillside Primary Care! ?

The best PCP in town! I’ve gone to several others and Hillside is the ONLY one that showed they actually cared, and any time I have questions or need help, they’re quick to respond and have helped me! With my autoimmune disorder, I have to see doctors a lot, so it’s a relief and a huge weight off my shoulder when I found them because they care, and they do everything in there power to help! I’m a client for life! Thank you Hillside team for all that you do! You have no idea how much it means to me! Thank you so much! Keep being awesome!

My teenage daughter and i have seen numerous doctors at the Live Oak Location, and all of them have been great. Our last visit we had Dr. Roy Anderson. My teenager was a little hesitant to talk to a male doctor about certain things, but Roy took so much time to explain things to her that both of us could understand. He was incredibly nice, attentive, and didn't rush! So many incredible things could be said about this one visit with him.We love all the doctors at the Live Oak location and are glad we have found them!

My experience with Hillside has been absolutely wonderful!From the front and back receptionists to the primary care of Marianna!!!! She has had incredible patience with me as a new patient and very thorough with everything and also ask if she missed anything or if I had any questions, very polite, kind, honest and professional!!! I am so grateful, pleased and very appreciative for all of the staff I have encountered there as they were wonderful every time I came in. There are still good caring care around ❤️Thank you Hillside staff!!!

Long waits and a not too comfortable waiting area usually would of left me with a bad taste in my mouth. However, all the doctors, nurses and staff here are all so professional and helpful, I always leave impressed. So come here expecting delays and a long wait but with top quality service.
