GREAT customer service from our salesman. But then we had to pick up our purchase. Waited 50 minutes for order pick up that was supposed to be 30. GREAT customer service from the young lady who noticed us and brought us waters. Then when our order was ready, we received 8 of 27 boxes of stone veneers. We asked for the remaining and the older staff members driving the forklift stated that this was all and the others are in a crate. Apparently he didn't want to open the crate and said we can pick up with the other 27 as the total order was 54. We now have to make a third trip instead of two at 27 boxes each as our vehicle can't handle the weight. We are an hour away. Just another instance were poor service and just plain laziness ruined a good plan. Just terrible.

Very clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Return policy is generous. I found most items to be a bit on the pricy side, but selection is top notch. Read the signs however! Some items are priced per square foot, and others by each! And for the veterans and active duty military, ask for your discount, as it is gladly given, but you must ask!

Everyone was sooo helpful during our bathroom vanity purchase today! Amanda knew exactly how to handle our gift card. Carlos helped us find the vanity we were asking about, and then helped Chris and Rashad as they loaded it into our car! It was a delightful experience and we highly recommend this location in Live Oak!
