Dr Rosedale was good as my doctor. I left because of the front office and poor administration of office and personnel.

Every experience I've had with Dr. Rosedale has always been great, willing to work with me on natural treatments, if possible. My adult children see him as well. All staff, with the exception of the extremely rude woman who takes the calls for appointments, are wonderful. It's tough to call in though, because I know the call will not be a pleasant experience, every time.

A joke. $500 for a 20 minute visit. She did nothing, just spoke words. ? Then I never got a call about a bill. UNTIL A YEAR LATER where I got a letter.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rosedale for a few years now and I have nothing but good things to say about the Doctors and Staff at this office. Not one member of the Staff has ever treated me rudely. Every staff member has been courteous and cheerful and make my visits calming and relaxing (l have White-Coat syndrome). I will mention that I’ve always been seen between 5-10 minutes after arrival, with the exception of one time when Dr. Rosedale had an emergency with another patient.Both Dr. Rosedale and Dr. Cannon are excellent doctors and have a good rapport with their patients (when Dr Rosedale is called away or on vacation, I will see Dr. Cannon). I gave the entire office 5 stars because they have earned 5 stars.

After the retirement of my Dr. I needed to find a new Dr. I called several until I was happy with the phone call with the staff in this office. I proceeded to see the Doctor and he was very pleasant and not invasive which I appreciate. I see him every 6 months like my last doctor for medicine management. Great place.

Called to schedule an appointment and the staff said she was not “familiar” with my insurance. I told her that I had already checked with my insurance and we were in network. Then she got frustrated with me and said “well I haven’t heard of it” then hung up. Lazy and rude office staff. I feel bad for the doctor.

Dr Rosedale is great. My first visit was July 2020. When I first called to schedule a new patient appointment the wait was 2 months. I took the appt and asked to be added to the list for an earlier appointment should someone else cancel. A few days later there was a cancellation for the following week. ??Dr Rosedale answered all my questions and gave great guidance. He has a 5-star bedside manner.

Our family has seen Dr Cannon for many years. He’s never steered us wrong and is an excellent doctor for all ages! Very knowledgeable and great way with people.

The doctors are great, however front staff and billing department are a joke. Especially the billing department. Due to a mistake they may have made with my insurance company or the insurance company made I'm out over 250$. They tried to claim I had no coverage at time of service and never contacted me not even a phone call, claimed they mailed a letter. I haven't been with out coverage in 15 to 20 years. A year later ready for my next yearly and surprised me with the bill. I tried to work with the billing department but she was so very rude and not caring. She wouldn't even try to help, just gave me attitude. All I asked is it be resubmitted after I spoke to my insurance company. I will be discontinuing my visits with this office and find a new primary care doctor. Very poor customer service at this office.
