I just witness the worst thing ever on this store the manager from this location hands out blankets to a costumer they won’t let them hit the floor for the rest of plp also some employees resell them on Mercari for triple price as well this place is a joke! Corporate y’all need to stop this!!

Very good location and variety of merchandise. I recommend it 100%, with only one drawback when paying for your purchase: the line to make the payment is a little slow.

No place to check if your clothes fit in the store which is a negative I don't want to have to get home to realize I can't fit something dressing rooms need to be available. Staff was super slow; when it came to checking out the line was pretty backed up they had a'lot of lanes open but when I say some of the employees were moving like the sloths from Zootopia im being serious. People have things to do I was in there 20 minutes was able to gather up all of my outfits and be ready to check out just to have to sit in the check out line for 33 minutes. It took me over an hour to get out of the store, when I expressed I was in a bit of a hurry I had somewhere to be across town in less than an hour, the cashier didn't seem to care and it almost seem like she began to move slower on purpose that I did not like It almost made me leave my 450.00 dollars worth of purchases in the store. Then on top of all of that, I get to the door having to be gone the cashier just finished going through my entire basket scanning and clothing everything just for me to get to the door and one of the tags set off the alarm, this caused me who was already starting to run behind due to this ridiculously extended shopping experience to be even later because for some reason they had to pull out every single out fit and purchase all over again recheck every single one refold every single one which cost me another 10 minutes. Thus creating an over 1 hour Burlington trip that highly regret and will probably never make to that location again. Get your staff in order very unprofessional lazy and sad experience. There was 1 highly enthusiastic employee walking around greeting everyone and saying hi and had she not been the one to have to hold me another 10 minutes I would have said she saved the experience but no she assisted in ruining it because she started making smart comments suggesting that I would steal from the store after I paid my bill and just stood there quietly ready to go. Didnt even say anything and she said let me check all these pockets you know people who like to steal like to hide the tags in the pockets ... if the item was going to be stolen im sure they wouldn't have left it in the store so that was obviously her saying she believed I had stolen something after paying what I paid, ridiculous and very insulting.

Love the store and the prices are not bad either. It's rare that you can get any assistance when trying to find one certain item. But my mom and I still continue to shop there. It's well stocked, clean environment and clean restrooms.

I love the variety of items that the have. The beauty section is always my favorite. Also the art section. But the check out section takes forever but I normally have a friendly cashier.
