“Let me first start by saying that I was skeptical going into this process. My daughter's vehicle was hit and the vehicle that was at fault's insurance coordinated the repairs. Blue Ribbon was one of their approved vendors so I selected them based on their reviews. Yet, I was concerned their loyalty would be with the insurance company. I am pleased to say that this company does great quality work and had amazing customer service. Manny Cerda is the Service Writer that I worked with and he was amazing and clearly cares about customers and doing great work. “Deano’s is an exceptional body repair shop for more than one reason. My daughter recommended them to me after they restored her damaged car to perfect condition. Their prices are reasonable and all customer service people are super friendly and personable. Its obvious they truly care about helping fix your vehicle and they arent money grubbers. The toyota dealership was going to charge me alot of money to fix the splash guard on my prius and deanos fixed it for practically nothing. They could have easily gouged me. They are trustworthy. Thats something you dont see often. Highly recommend.”

“When my check engine light came on I went to a mechanic and he told me I had a gas tank leak and would have to replace my gas tank. Since I didn’t smell gas fumes; I decided to go here and explained my situation tons great Customer Service Rep Her name was Lawanda. She plugged the machine into my car and told me it said it was my gas cap. She was so wonderful and fixed my problem saving me lots of money. Please go to this store and ask for her. I will always go back this location and may call before I come to make sure she is working.”

“I would give more stars. I demolished my travel trailer axle in short. They attemped to locate the axle I needed (Dexter D44) but it was a special order. They found better axles (Dexter 5200) actually rated better for the trailer and installed them first thing in the morning. I paid the price for my mistakes but the parts and labor were more than fair, especially for the quality of work, the outstanding personalities, and care they gave me and my family. They knocked it out of the park for me. I did go in with an understanding of costs for parts and labor so it was easier to take the news. I now have 2 new axles with new brakes, 4 new spring sets, new hardware, and they replaced the old hangers. It does not always work out the way it did for me, but they made it happen. If you ever need anything trailer related, please bring your business to the shop or at least give them the opportunity. Thank you again Southwest Companies.”
