Hoping this was a good nail place close to home! But nope. Terrible customer service and you can definitely tell they're always talking about you after making a certain request for the NAILS YOU ARE PAYING FOR!!
When i got a pedi she left my toes glumpy with thick shellac re did them twice and still left clumps did not have the patience to sit for more time!!
Not GOING BACK!! Do not recommend

I went to this nail shop at approximately 10:30am on Friday, January 5, 2024. When I pulled into the parking, the only other car besides mine was a black Mercedes SUV—which turned out to be the owner’s car. Before exiting my car, I watched the owner of the SUV walk toward the front door of the shop, unlock the door, and walk inside. I looked at my watch and then checked the OPEN sign in the front window—the red lights were definitely on. Once inside, I was greeted by an elderly woman who asked if she could help me. I told her that I wanted to get a mani/pedicure. Immediately, she asked me if I had an appointment. Momentarily stunned, I looked around the empty establishment and replied, “I do not.” She then spoke in Vietnamese to the man I watched open the front door, and he asked me to check-in. The check-in station required that I confirm that I understood COVID-19 protocols and that I didn’t currently have any symptoms. After I finished checking in, the man asked me what I wanted done. I told him that I wanted a French manicure with a soft white tip. He said this request was no problem and asked me to sit at the first station. Next, he asked and I confirmed that this was my first visit to his shop. When I sat down, he immediately pulls out a drill with the sandpaper bit. I told him that I don’t like drilling on my nails. He responded that the drill was necessary and he was only going to use it to remove the top layer of the shellac already on my nails. I noticed that he kept sniffing and sounded like he might have a cold. I was on the verge of asking if he had a cold, but I was thrown off by his next statement. The old man added that I have been getting manicures long enough to know that the top layer has to be removed to take off the old shellac. (In my head, I was wondering if this old man was new to English and didn’t mean what he said, so I bit my tongue.) After he finished drilling the first nail and proceeded to the next, both fingers were hurting. He was pressing very hard and the drill was on a high speed. I told him that he was hurting me, and he had the audacity to tell me, “l’m not hurting you. I’m just taking off the top layer.” I said, yes you are. He proceeded to drill again and again I said that he was hurting me. He finished drilling the first hand, and I asked him to turn down the drill. He became visibly angry and sat back and sighed. I said if you don’t want my business, I’m happy to leave. He then told me he wasn’t hurting me and corrected me by saying that it wasn’t HURTING but BURNING. And I let him know that BURNING hurts and I asked him, “ how are you trying to tell ME how I feel?” At that point I told the old man that this was my first and last time in his establishment and that I could see why it was so devoid of customers. He said fine, you can go. I told him that he was extremely rude and he told me, “thank you.” I replied that he wasn’t welcome and that his behavior was unacceptable and rude. I wonder when their last health inspection was conducted and if they’ll pass another one. With that kind of reckless disregard for customer service/safety, I doubt they are paying attention to health guidelines.

Not worth what you pay , did my nails Saturday & now my hair is getting stuck under my nails , nails where not when close to my cuticle, not coming back .

KING DAVID?!!! I will never go anywhere else!! His staff is very professional the salon is by far the cleanest and chicest place I’ve been to. They have a variety of services and colors to choose from whether its gel or regular polish. He even showed me ON HIMSELF that his file wont break skin after voicing my concern of getting burnt or cut due to previous experience elsewhere. My cuticles were taken care of and the massage was PHENOMENAL! This is definitely the salon you want to bring a gf with for great service, a nice glass of champagne and absolutely stunning results! I got a volcanic pedicure, acrylic fill on toes and fingernails, gel polish and the complimentary glass of champagne ?

WILL NOT RETURN!! i came with a picture of what i wanted, he told me 115. i thought it was a bit expensive so i told him no design, he was huffing and puffing the whole time and CUTTING ME WITH THE NAIL DRILL he damaged my cuticles and NEVER said sorry. and i had to pay 90$

Don’t go here for a pedicure. I paid for white gel toes and I got the most uneven, discolored and lumpy polish job. I left and tipped, when I got into my car my toes SMEARED!!! Gel is NOT suppose to smear once it’s done. I went back in, and everyone was insisting I got regular polish. Finally the man who did my toes comes out and after inspecting his awful work he fixed 2 toes. When he was done they were 2 different shades of white (the top coat was yellow tinted) and asked if that was okay. Of course not, so he fixed just the big toe and the rest still have that yellow shine to it. The polish is so uneven and lumpy. I’m so mad I paid $60 for them. I will never go back.

This was my first visit there. Nails were not cheap I just got my nails done yesterday and my nail gel polish is coming off and the quality of the nail polish is terrible. My nails aren’t even painted correctly. It looks like I need a fill but only because of how bad the gel polish was done. I’m disappointed.

I came here to get my nails done for my wedding , and it was a disaster.
I told them what design I wanted
For my nails, white leaves and the guy told me no. He said it wouldn’t look good, and he wasn’t going to do it, showed me a completely different design and said he was going to do that instead. He completely started adding random shiny pieces to my pinkie nail. Then started getting mad at me for moving, and then started YELLING at me, then threw his hands down and said someone else could finish me since I wouldn’t stop moving. And said GO! He was also cutting into my fingers, so when and if I moved it was only because I was in pain.
My sisters, mom, and grandmother came too and they also messed up their nails as well. My mother told the same guy that she wanted a specific shape and he completely did something different and then was doing a color she did not ask for, she ended up having him stop so we could just leave.
My grandmother got a completely different color than the one she wanted as well.
I’m disappointed I have nude nails, and I wanted white sparkles lol
But it’s okay .
