They wanted to charge $100 just to look at my vehicle and another hundred dollars just to tell me what is wrong with it and they are too expensive and I like the other auto shop in town better

If I could nominate anyone for sainthood, it would be Jerry Reagan. Over and over, when I had a problem and tried another mechanic because I happened to be in the neighborhood or or Reagan was backed up, they told me the fix would be more than the car was worth. Tthen I would take it to Reagan and he would get it running for incredibly cheap. This happened several times over the course of about eight years. Everyone I know has always found him a straight shooter, and my family has almost wondered how he eats with how little he charges.

Straight shooter and I always get my car fixed with no complications. My car is usually ready the next day!

The worst service I have ever received anywhere! The person I spoke with regarding my car was rude and told me he did not car what I did about my car. He said he would look at it when he got to it. When I asked him why he wasn't going to look at my car after having it three weeks, he said someone else had already looked at it previously and he was going to take his time. He was very, very rude and said he didn't care about what I did. I immediately had the car removed from his place of business.
