They are the most wonderful place when you need them. When we lost our son Shawna was so helpful. She personally walked us through everything we needed. She made our loss easier. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

My family was very pleased with Hillcrest throughout our entire experience. The personal care that we received beginning at the ER and continuing beyond the service was exceptional. We were treated with respect and all of our wishes were met. We were not pressured in any way and were completely satisfied with their services at this very sad and stressful time.

Extremely attentive and polite.Knew when to listen and when to talk.Catered to our needs with all 3 family members Grandma,Grandpa,& brother.They made my dad feel peaceful as they handled all the arrangements. TY Hillcrest we are forever great full. The Martinez Family.

Very Disappointed! We felt very disregarded and belittled, but due to the lack of options and time there were no other choices! In my opinion the people that run this establishment didn't cater to my family in our time of grieving. Good luck when dealing with these people!
