Nice experience in store pick up - never tried the pharmacy at this location. The items were is stock when ordered online and pick up was ready within few hours. The store associate was courteous and fast in check out. The store was clean and they have ample parking outside. The pharmacy section is operational and provides the drugs on time.

Heights of incompetence!1. Called and asked if my prescription is ready for pickup and idiot who answered the phone says she doesn’t see my prescription yet and it takes time. I said ok I’ll wait and call back later.2. I said can u check if you have the medication in stock(tamiflu). She says sure let me connect you to fulfillment . New lady says yeah your prescription is ready for pickup.You’re a freaking pharmacy. Don’t give out incorrect info to your customers.Never again going to this Walgreens.

Good experience for shopping in the location. It’s the review for the store, not for the pharmacy. The crew members were friendly and greeted me when I walked into the store.The facility looked new, clean and bright. The interior space was quite big to walk in the store, compared to the other locations. The restroom was new and very clean too.

Compared to my CVS experience across the street, this was an absolute 180. Staff that was working the floor were all so helpful. They didn't hesitate to ask if we needed help and we literally just walked in. They were also very personable. I wish I took notice of their name so I can shout them out for making our shopping experience a great one. They either walked us to the location of our items or followed up to make sure we found it. We went to the store on 11/27/23 around 11am to 12pm for reference of the staff working.

Came to this Walgreens five times over the past two days. The first day, There is no sense of urgency or compassion, the customer is expected to leave and come back even after receiving a text that the order is ready when the pharmacist/tech/whoever should move that customer that is waiting at the window to top priority because it's not a them issue, it's a Walgreens issue. Then, the African American woman with the beautiful, natural curls was RUDE. Not, picking up the phone and saying yes-rude(which she did) but hanging up while you're attempting to problem solve for her mid sentence three times rude. Note to everyone on this jacked up team, people are coming because they NEED medications. If you can't be bothered to care or simply BE NICE, baby go work somewhere else. Cause the LAST thing someone needs post op or while dealing with infections is your nasty attitude. My God. Also, you never know who you are serving and all of these things come full circle. Be Blessed.

Pharmacy workers are always rude and try to blame insurance for everything. Also they rip you off and say they only have part of the prescription then charge you full price for each partial fill. If you can use a different Walgreens I highly recommend.

I wish I could give these d*** people a negative stars. The pharmacy staffs are extremely rude, incompetent and their management is worst. There is no coordination between one staff member to other. They make the entire process of getting medicines extremely frustrating. They never have medecines in stock. Even the regular preventive care medecine they had to order. I literally have to wait 4-5 days for my prescription being filled. On top of that they do mistakes every time and I literally have to call back and forth to my PCP and the pharmacist, such a waste of time. I have nothing against the Walgreens in general but this particular branch owner really needs to change its staff and bring staff that knows what to do and knows basic customer service. I am sure there will be many people out there that can do it better!

The pharmacy at this location is good, but the front-end team can be incompetent, sorry not sorry. Ordered some over-the-counter flu medicine for same day delivery. Product was out of stock so they substituted it for a cough and congestion medicine with different active ingredients. Chalked it up to a rookie mistake. Tried returning the product in person with a very detailed digital receipt and the cashier and shift lead didn't seem to know what they were doing. Suggested a few solutions to the issue (I just left Walgreens after 5 years of employment less than two weeks ago), but they kept getting the "e-commerce offline" message after figuring out the right way to process the return. Told them I'd come back and try later. They told me I have to call the customer service line for the return. How is customer service going to process a return when they can't physically receive the product that was purchased from this location lol? I should note that I tried calling to cancel the order shortly after if was placed after they notified me of the substitution via email, but the order was completed before I could get through to anyone, shame. At the very least they could've offered store credit. Being a former employee I'm not surprised one bit by any of this.

I expected the worst when I went to this Walgreen's location, but was quickly made aware that my thoughts were unfounded. I had an issue with my prescription and went to the Consultation window. Wow! I was greeted by Pharmacist Nicole and saw first hand what true Customer Service is these days. Thank you Nicole!
