“I've always had a pleasant experience at the Lake Dallas Post Office. The staff are consistently friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Whether I'm picking up a package, buying stamps, or need assistance with mailing something a bit out of the ordinary, they always greet me with a smile. It's clear they take pride in their work and that makes this post office feel different than the sometimes impersonal feel of larger locations. I appreciate their dedication to great customer service!”

“I will only speak from my personal experience. USPS Flower Mound has been very helpful with my packages being lost or delivered to another residence. They follow up promptly and I appreciate our delivery person. Our packages are delivered to our doorstep with proper care when the weather is horrible. When I visit the post office, lines can be long but the employees are pleasantly nice. I haven't had anyone rude to me or I haven't experienced it. (and I would send out a lot of packages). They work very hard with insufficient staff and just wanted to say we appreciate you.”
