“Our old reliable 2000 Ford Expedition finally decided to have a problem and after consulting a couple of local friends we ended up having her towed to Lorentz in Lewisville....They replaced the serpentine belt and turned her up...They also fixed a couple of minor things we had put on the back burner...Everyone was so gosh darn nice and SO knowledgeable...Kept us informed and we were in and out !!!!....Fairly priced...We will be back and tell others about our experience for sure !!!!!......Charlie and Debbie”

“I usually go here for my state inspection but this time I went to Kwik Car Lube because it was close by. Big mistake. They told me I needed a radiator flush and brake fluid flush. I told them to give me an estimate and I would think about it. I went down the street to Jiffy Lube and they checked both for me and showed me that the fluids were fine. They topped them off along with the windshield fluid at no charge! Excellent honest service! I will continue to bring my card here for servicing. Jiffy Lube may be a bit more expensive on their oil changes but it is worth it, because they won't make you get things done that you don't need!”
“I came here a couple of times for them to do maintenance work like oil changes, rotate tires, etc. They all do a great job taking care of my vehicle. I have an old car, 2007 Kia Optima and it's running like a champ. Jeff is an awesome technician who always knows how to fix/take car of my car.”

“Needed an A/C recharge for my 04 Buick Century. Never had it recharged before, but eventually they need it. It only has 62k miles and I keep it pristine. You could literally eat a heated muffin off the valve cover; it is that clean. Carl, the owner, was honest and didn't jack me around about putting A/C Dye in the system to make a mess, check for a leak, diagnostic service and the other garbage 5 other shops pretty much insisted on forcing on me, to get it recharged. It is a 20yo car. It is normal to need a recharge periodically.
Carl took good care of my old car, Recharged it, put a little A/C oil in the system, kept everything clean, talked to me about what was needed and now it is like new. It is, freezing me out of it, if I don't keep the fan on low.

“Honest Kwik Kar location. I trust these guys. One time I thought there was something wrong with my car and I took it to them. They ran some tests. Even drove around the neighborhood with me but it turned out the car was A-OK. Didn’t try and sell me anything or throw a “quick fix” for $400 like they could have to fix the non existent problem. Been coming here for years and will continue to.”

“Showed up on a Sunday, short-staffed, but Michael was amazing!! In spite of working by himself, he was single-handedly finishing oil changes, inspections, and running the register! Despite being behind and overworked at that moment, he kept a smile and was so friendly. The wash/detail work was free after that and was also well done. Highly recommend!”
