The guy that runs the place is rude, he should not be in customer service. The people that do the work are kind and did a great job. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager or owner makes me not want to go back there. Turning customers away because you only do inspections until 4 is unacceptable too, they close at 6pm!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car here four separate times, and somehow they still couldn’t fix the actual issue or provide any documentation for what they claimed they did.
I originally came in for a gasket and valve cover repair — paid $470 — and that clearly wasn’t the issue. My car kept acting up, and instead of running a real diagnostic, the manager kept saying they would but never did.
Today he finally admitted they never diagnosed anything — they “cleaned the throttle body for free.” Great. Thanks.
So where is the documentation showing that was even completed?
My car was left with them for hours each visit, even a whole day once, and the only paperwork they could produce was the receipt for the gasket I paid for. Nothing for the other visits. Nothing for the supposed work. Nothing for the time they had my vehicle.
This shop operates on guesses, not diagnostics. No communication, no paperwork, and no accountability. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest going somewhere that actually documents their work and tells the truth.

I recently had a really solid experience at Kwik. They worked super efficiently and made sure everyone there was taken care of. The front desk staff was nice, and I especially appreciated that they went the extra mile to replace my headlight as well. Overall, definitely a shop I’d recommend!

They were very quick. I wish it cost less, but that’s not you guys’s fault. Everyone explains everything thorough and they don’t try to upsell me which I like.
