DO NOT FILE WITH H&R BLOCK
I filed with them for 15 years with no issue. This last year they made a 7400 mistake on my taxes. When I went back to them they said I should work directly with the IRS.
I still have not received my money.
When I try to call H&R Block to get a refund I am told there is no way to reach that department.
They promise to call but never do.

The 7th year that Lois of HR Block is doing our tax return and I won't change her for anybody. She is quick to answer and calm down our temporary tax panic attacks. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. I decided to give H&R block another chance after an incident years ago because a friend needed tax help. After we took off from work multiple times and our appointments kept getting moved to other locations, dates and times without even talking to us about it. I was able to talk to someone that assured us that our appointment at the El Dorado location would not be canceled so we made arrangements AGAIN to take off work. I arrived first and after talking to John and Annette about my friends situation, Annette went and made a call to a coworker on speaker phone and she proceeded to tell this person we did not want to pay for services when all I did was ask for the price and then the gentleman (if you call him that) told her he didn't want to deal with us if she was not able to take care of us that day. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN H&R BLOCK AGAIN AND I WILL TELL PEOPLE NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES!
