Had the extreme pleasure of meeting JAKE today. He is a true professional in every way. He greeted me, listened to what I needed, and very quickly sprang into action. He trimmed my map, helped me find the correct frame, mounted the map, attached a wire hanger, sealed the backside of my framed map, and covered it with a sheet of plastic. He did all of this as I was asking him questions about what he was doing. He even thanked me for my service in the Navy, since he noticed my Navy hat. Of my many years of having pictures framed at Hobby Lobby, JAKE has been the best. Thank you Hobby Lobby for hiring such a talented and personable young employee.

We love Hobby Lobby but tonight we left our cart of purchases and walked away because no one was interested in checking us out. The one register that was open was occupied and we asked two other people from the SIX who were around the registers if they would check us out and both declined. One had just finished checking someone through and arguably have been off on break while the other was propping up a wall. We had fewer than 10 items in our cart and and either one of the two guys could have checked us through within a minute or two. We both work in retail and so understand what keeping the customer happy involves.
