Recieved numerous awful haircuts from here, kept trying and trying again but not worth it. they dont refund even though they messed up. Not going here again. Assistant Manager was nice abt it tho.
Stylist: Linda or Leeta or something.

Went in to do get 3 haircut for my kids and at check in the lady was so rude ! I understand you’re tired but no need to be rude and yelling. So I decided to walk out never again will I go to this location!

I had my hair cut by an elderly lady and its very choppy and bad, every time i go to great clips i wanna bury myself because they dont do what i ask and today the elderly lady took off so much at the top theres a layer thats literally an inch i am so mad i look so ugly now! I am never going back i should’ve learned my mistake a while ago . I feel bad speaking bad about them but i cannot hold my tongue anymore. Every one i’ve met is super nice but ive never gotton a good haircut here!

I was using great clips from past 9.7 years and this store from past 2 years. One of the hair stylist is very rude behavior and attitude. I saw several complaints in past one month for this store looks like because of same stylist. I will avoid for few months this store and go to other store.

Been coming here for a while and I have to say it is a very consistent men's cut! My best experience has been with Tiriuit (spelling) who always provides top of the line service and great conversation. Will definitely continue coming here for the foreseeable future.

This is my first option for a quick haircut for guys done within 15mins. Not so much when I decided to cut my long hair after a few years and donate it. The stylist didn't know how to secure the hair properly by braiding it and just placed it in a hair tie loosely. I only found out from my sister about the right way to donate hair and prepare it.

Usually really good but recently the online check in wait time is quite off, it’ll say you’re next when there is 6 people in front of you. Seems like a program error, I will remove this when I see the issue fixed

One of the worst place and the staff was very rude, even though my son was crying out of pain due to his curly hair, she was so rude and yelling saying she can't do anything as the hair gets struck in his clippers, they did a very shaby job . The last few haircuts I've gotten here are basically the worst haircuts I've ever gotten in my whole life. One stylist in particular is not only horrible at her job but is very rude and careless. I would go ANYWHERE ELSE but here. RUN AWAY
