I had the worst experience with these cleaners. First the charges were very high. I was charged $60 for 4 pieces of clothing. When I went to the shop to ask about missing pants the the man in the shop was very rude. He couldn’t find my account, once I helped him find my account it turned out he had entered my name incorrectly. Avoid this place as freedom cleaners lost all customers in this household.

Not the best experience. Freedom Cleaners is advertising tailoring, but the tailor is on vacation until May. Very misleading. The staff was very dismissive. I had items that needed dry cleaning and only 1 item to tailor. I wish the clerk would just have taken 15 more seconds to hear what services was needed.

We have been patronizing this business for 5 years and never had a problem especially when Daniel worked there. This past week, 4 of my husband’s new polo shirts were scorched badly all in the same place! Clearly from a steamer or iron!After Lloyd tried to clean the shirts again with no luck of removing the scorch marks and fading one shirt severely in the process!He told me that it was not their fault!Basically calling me a liar!I am very offended and really thought this cleaners was more reputable!Lloyd DID pay me for the 3 damaged shirts and told me to never come back again! He said people try to Cheat all the time! Implying I had! ErrHe also said initially for me to take the shirts home and let my husband decide! Really????So, I took my business down the street to a different cleaners and they were so nice, cheaper and a drive-thru!!Maybe Lloyd did me a favor!!?

RUN, THEY ARE RIDICULOUS!!!!! I dropped my pants for cleaning, and the old man, the owner, did not want even to apologize when I showed it to him. In fact, he slammed his hands on the desk as if it was not acceptable to blame him. They definitely do not know how to iron pants, and many times you would have two pleats.

Don't go here. They are prejudice and mean. The guy refused to clean the same shirt they did previously. I took my white shirt to 24/7 and got my shirt four hours later and they were kind. Imagine that. Drive the extra 1.5 miles to 24/7.

I went on a non-busy Saturday to inquire about the cost to have my comforter dry cleaned. The lady I spoke to gave me a price and I told her that I paid a different amount on a previous occasion. So she called a older guy upfront to make sure the price was accurate. He quoted me $50 and I told him that's not what they charged me before. I asked him to look in the system, he just LOOKED at me and wouldn't budge. I asked him what's the problem and is he going to look to see what I paid previously. He had an attitude and said that prices are rising everywhere and so did their prices. I went to 24/7 cleaners and was charged $30. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. YOU ARE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY DUDE!!! PROVIDE THAT TO MAINTAIN LOYALTY!!!!!

One of the nicest mortal experiences I've had in my life. They had nice, soothing music in the background, a Bible verse on the counter, and a very friendly clerk! It was also very good pricing for my 2 suits!

I had 3 items one of which was badly stained. They went through the trouble of cleaning it several times and in the end it came out so clean. Considering the extra work they put into it, my bill was not very high, and they were super nice on top of everything. From now on, I will only be taking by dry cleaning here.

I took my work shirt in to be starched and pressed but he told me it was too small for his machine. it’s a ladies size large button-up. i don’t get it, maybe he didn’t care for the company i work for, lol

Didn't stick to the price quoted. Dropped off my husband's jacket. The guy at the counter (who was nice) told me $35. When my husband picked it up, they charged him $50. That's half the cost of the jacket itself, goodness gracious.
