If I could leave a zero I would. Fedex needs to know they will lose business because of the poor customer service at this location. They complicated simple things that can easily be fixed with simple training or a stuff that cares.

This was a little confusing because it's inside a CVS. But the employee was extremely helpful. Got my package taken care of and it was nice to have somewhere to drop it. That was close to my work.
