Pulled up at 8:58 and they locked the door in my face. All I wanted was a case of water after a long hot day. Some girl with glasses. Rude

Chase. He doesn't wear his own name badge but others who knew him identified him by this name. He's a real charmer. He was the only one there. So, apparently that gave him the right to yell at customers, ignore and/or rudely address customers not of his race, yelling across the store to accuse customers of messing with the boxes he had "blocking" off areas, make rude comments about elderly customers, fight with a customer who had apparently turned down his advances previously and make nasty comments about her, leave boxes in walkways and at corners creating not only walking hazards but FIRE HAZARDS. He locks one door, appearing closed which is a safety hazard if his burning weed in the back caught fire & patrons needed to exit. He claimed to be the one who does the hiring and firing. Obviously couldn't hire anyone - no doubt because they aren't as wonderful as he. He double- scans old people and Indian women after verbally irritating them because he knows they just want to leave to get away from him and they won't say anything. He double scanned my items too. He won't look a man in the eye. And he doesn't get all accusatory with them. He thinks he's funny. He's not. He is very threatening. Please fire him. He also said he protects himself with a gun and was speaking about it in a threatening way to the young woman he was arguing with and the elderly lady. Dollar tree customers need to protect themselves from him. And since he doesn't wear the correct name badge, just avoid Dollar Tree so together if you are a woman or young or elderly.

Unprofessional & rude manager. He was actually yelling at customers. Will NOT be returning to this location.

This has been my Dollar Tree location for over a decade. I’m sad to say that today’s visit will be my last. The shelves were bare & the store was VERY dirty. But the worst part was the ‘customer service’. Very rude checkers & stockers, management was uninterested in my concerns of low/no stock and only ONE employee had the idea of good customer service and she’s a stocker! They were on their phones using air buds and didn’t want to stop their conversation. I’m so sad to lose my favorite location, but it isn’t the same after new management took over.

This Dollar Tree has been our go-to location for many years. Over the last year the store really has suffered with perhaps lack of leadership or maybe lack of staff. The store was dirty, shelves were empty and where there was stock it was usually in a state of disarray. We’ve been skipping this location and visiting the location further up El Dorado near Target. Today our experience was different. When you walk in you can tell there is a change. The front of the store was neat and inviting. As we walked through the store, we had the same experience. Shelves were full and neatly organized. We stopped to give an employee stocking shelves appreciative feedback. We asked if the manager was in. He said the District Manager was in and went to get him. As we spoke with the DM he shared they have been working to turn the store around. It showed for sure! I hope that Dollar Tree Corp. continues to invest in leadership which in turn will have a positive impact on employees and customers. It was nice to be able to shop in this location again!

Please do not go to this dollar tree. They will close the store 30
Minutes early every night and say that the system is down when clearly I just seen him check out customers.

Male worker with missing teeth that works in stock area is very rude and belittling. Store is barely stocked. Girls in the front today were loud and unprofessional. No greetings, zero customer service, always has a long line. Always smells like weed as you walk in. Probably won't be returning.

I go into this Dollar Tree quite often because it is in a convenient location. RARELY is there more than one employee working and almost ALWAYS they are never friendly, it's almost like you are an inconvenience to them by just wanting to check out and pay for your stuff. If you are having a good day and don't want someone to suck the life right out of you, I don't suggest shopping here. One day the lady in front of me told the guy that he didn't look like he wanted to be there and he replied, "I don't want to be here." Today the girl who was a cashier was frowning and there was nothing I could say to make her smile. She just looked miserable and her mannerisms showed exactly that. No matter how friendly you are to the employees they will always manage to steal your happiness away. So sad.

This store used to be great but now it is definitely the worse I’ve ever been to. It’s so empty they might as well put out the going out of business sign on it.

I have lived here for three years, and this store has hardly anything on the shelf. It doesn’t matter what day or what time of day what time of year they hardly have anything on the shelf the shelves are almost bare. So today I decided this was my last time to drive over here to this store. Terrible.!!!

I never write reviews ever, but this had to have been the worst customer service I'd ever experienced... cashier was extremely rude and acted like he didn't even want to be there (no greeting, no eye contact.) He sighed constantly when he had to scan more items or when I was trying to make his life a bit easier by telling him not to worry about giving me change (just dollars back.) He wasn't even thorough with making sure all of my items were scanned and I could've walked out with ten extra dollars worth of items and not having paid for them. I had to remind him there was more, to which I received another very bothered sigh and the bothered response "of course" I've gone to this Dollar Tree for years now, and it's been going down hill for a while... I felt like a complete burden even showing up to the cash register. It was very disappointing, I will not be coming back.
