Previously mentioned how poorly this pharmacy was at responding to phone calls, resulting in lost time driving just to find out prescription is not ready or worse never showed up. Since then gave up on calling entirely so unaware if that has been improved, but at least there are automated texts now reporting prescription status, so that at least mitigates the need for calling as much.

The CVS pharmacist I met at this location was very knowledgable and helpful.
I used an unreliable on-line doctor during the weekend when I wasn't able to visit my regular doctor. The on-line doctor ingored my existing precription and precribed me with exactly the same thing as what I already used. I read out my existing precription to her, and she told me stop using it, and use the new one she's prescribing me.
When I went to CVS to pick up, the pharmacist saw my prescription history and told me my prior prescription includes 2 ingredients, but the new one from the online doctor only includes 1 (which was exactly the same as what's already in my prior prescription). It didn't make sense at all to change to the new prescription. She suggested me to confirm with my regular doctor. I appreciate her good insignts and professional acuteness.

I immediately was greeted by Lailah and she had a lovely and welcoming smile. Her customer service was phenomenal. I will be back to shop here!

7/23 @ 7:30am - Called the pharmacy and left a detailed message for a prescription refill request.
5 minutes later the male pharmacist returned my call and immediately stated no CVS pharmacy in the entire DFW area had the prescription in stock....
This would have been believable had I not called 2 other CVS locations once they opened who stated they had stock available all within a 15 mile radius of this location... Simply put, poor customer service and a poor attempt if you can call it that by the pharmacist at this location providing false information...Why even return my call ??♂️

Worst CVS location I’ve ever been to. Just picked up a prescription in the drive thru with Abdullah and he genuinely wouldn’t even acknowledge me besides asking my name and DOB. I had to tell him I couldn’t hear him because he barely had the phone to his face and had his head turned away. Didn’t ask for any insurance info so I assumed they had it, nope pretty sure he just charged me retail price. He out my prescription and receipt in the basket then just walked away, no “here ya go” “thank you” “have a good night”. Genuinely can’t believe people can have such terrible customer service skills.
I left a voicemail about the insurance thing and got a call back. They did not even attempt to run insurance and charged me 7x the amount it costs with my insurance. Ridiculous now I have to drive all the way back to get a refund and adjusted price

When one of my son's prescriptions wasn't covered by insurance the pharmacists took the time to look up a coupon that brought the cost down to a third of the original price.

Can I do MINUS a MLLION STARS? The apathy,lack of concern,incompetence and aloof attitude is stunning. The tech didn't even try to look anything up after one attempt at checking. He simply didn't give a ****. The pharmacist was unconcerned and useless.Thank goodness for the tech at the vaccine side. I got enough for 2 days till this mess is fixed. I was a nurse for 43 years,I know the drill. Stone faced apathy such as this I have never seen. Long story short, GO ELSEWHERE! (Which they will love as there's less visual on their attitude.)

Worst CVS pharmacy ever visited. They always miss prescriptions. Happened twice to me. Doctor’s needs to send the prescription multiple times, plus they’re pretty slow as well. No more using this location.

I’m a medical assistant. I called yesterday to cancel a patients controlled Rx and was told it was canceled. Guess I was lied to cause I had to call again today and it was still active. The tech then hung up on me after trying to confirm it was canceled.

They charged me Triple for the medicine that I get every month and they wouldn't honor my discount card that all the other cvs s honor. Avoid this place.
