My experience with this CVS store was pleasant. I was able to pick up my prescription on time. The preparation time of the prescription is little late. The store is clean and there is ample parking outside. The pharmacy area and minute clinic area are hygienically maintained. The location is great and remains open 24 hours.

It always takes them multiple days to fill my prescription. Really inconvenient when it’s meds I need. Switching to a different pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever with the rudest people.My son needed asthma medication at 8:45. It took me 30 minutes to get there and I sat in a line for 20 mins. Once I got to the front a woman told me she wouldn't fill it for another hour.. an hour!! No one wants to be here this late. I told her we needed the meds quickly because he was struggling with asthma. So instead of helping she put the phone down, grabbed a broom and walked away. These people don't care about sick people. It's 10:30pm and I still don't have the medicine. I'm watching them through the window waiting for the medicine and you can see everyone walking around chatting vs filling prescriptions.

I went to this CVS pharmacy store today and had a horrible experience. The lady by the name Rukshana is extremely rude and arrogant every time I have seen her. There is a boy by the name Casy. he was also very rude , arrogant and cycnical who was extremely disrespectful and both of them do not understand what customer service is. it is not in them because they were both extrememly rude, cynical and arrogant. I would say the boy was worse. When I ask the boy something he acts like he does not know English. I have been going there for years and I buy 3 bottles of weight loss support pretty much every month. In addition I buy other other things on a random basis and I use that pharmacy also. This is the last time i am going to the store because of the horrible customer experience from casey and rukshaana. There used to be another lady who used to work there she was very nice but now I dont see her. i like the store. great store. but because of the treatment i received, my family members will never go there

It is very normal for the CVS pharmacy on FM 423 to have insane wait times in the pharmacy drive through. The staff are hard working, professional and great to interact with...but waiting for 1 car to be at the window for 20 minutes (I timed it) is ludicrous. Get these folks some help!

CVS is the worst pharmacy in the entire region. We are unable to find any CVS worth going to. Their service is beyond horrible and inexplicably bad. It seems that they intentionally understaffed their store, stress out their employees, and minimize prescription inventory. Now, customers have to witness pharmacist, screaming at their pharmacy techs.We were required to use a specific savings card instead of our pharmacy plan by the pharmacist. He lied to us and told us it would take days to rebill it since they had already incorrectly processed it. The techs tried to correct him, but he screamed at them. Another pharmacist tried to calm him down, but he stormed out of the pharmacy—- as he screamed more demands at the staff about other orders.He even gave us the wrong prescription!!!
